Best Western Plus Casa Grande Inn & Suites

Conveniently located off I-10. Friendly and professional staff. New, clean rooms with good sized refrigerator, and microwave. Housekeeping was very good. Small but perfectly adequate pool/hottub. Have stayed here 10+ weeks in past for business and have nothing but good things to say about this hotel/facility! Only minor downside is slightly elevated price relative to hotels in Phoenix, but worth it for convenience/location.

This is the better and newer option of local budget hotels.
Friendly staff, newer and cleaner rooms.
Prices are higher than similar offerings nearby, and tends to get full often.

I’ve stayed at this location multiple time when I travel for work. The rooms are always very clean and the beds and pillows are really comfortable. The front desk services are always really kind and friendly! I’ll be back here many more times!

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting family. The hotel and rooms are very clean and the staff is so friendly. The breakfast in the morning was really good and a very clean area. We will be staying here again on our next trip in!

The rooms were very clean and there were no issues. Everyone we came across that worked there was very friendly and helpful. It was an overall great experience and there are a decent amount of restaurants within driving distance.

Located just off Hwy 10 and Florence in Casa Grande. Very easy to get to. Large parking lot that goes all the way around the hotel and even a dirt lot for big rigs. We were in our Class A Motorhome and towing our pickup and able to park so that we could see our vehicles from our room window. Our class A air conditioning went out. We were traveling when it hit 114 and needed a hotel room! The staff was great, very helpful and kind. They even upgraded us! Clean, hotel felt brand new. Across the parking lot is a Texas Roadhouse. Down Florence a mile or do is a Super Walmart and many other stores and restaurants. Easy, convenient, perfect place to stay!

Pam is absolutely wonderful and took great care of me and my family. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again. The hotel staff also ensured that all of our needs were met and were very responsive to our requests. Everything was clean and quite peaceful. If anyone is looking for a place to stay in Casa Grande, this is the hotel you should stay at.

We stayed here for an extended period of time while closing on our house. It was a fantastic stay! The front desk was very accommodating and helpful and the house keeping team kept the hotel and our room very clean. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

My mom and I stayed here for 5 days this week at a really good rate compared to the other surrounding hotels.

While there, I had the absolute pleasure of meeting 3 different front desk ladies. All of them were absolutely amazing and some of the nicest staff I've ever met at a hotel. Unfortunately I did not get any of their names, but they were top notch!!!

The rooms were the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in. We accidentally spilled some water, and when we cleaned it up there was NOT a ton of dirt that came up with it. I've never had such clean floors in a hotel in my life. Everything that was meant to be white, was just that.

We used housekeeping only a few times and they were excellent every time. The beds were made, towels replaced where applicable, trashes emptied, and none of our personal belongings disturbed.

Complimentary breakfast was really good. Usually I can not stand hotel breakfast. I was also very surprised and pleased to discover that every day there was a different selection as well as the standard items, so we didn't get bored of the same thing every day.

There is a restaurant just across the parking lot, and they offered a small discount since we were staying at this hotel. How cool is that?

The hotel is located on the main road, so everything is relatively close proximity. Food, grocery shopping, luxury shopping, etc. Just a short drive away.

My only complaint is that when housekeeping came, they never replaced the coffee packets with caffeine, so I had to go to the front desk to get them. (Mom needs her coffee. Haha) Honestly though, the ladies at the front were so sweet and quick to get me a couple, that it didn't even bother me.

That being the ONLY complaint makes this a damn good hotel.

10/10 will absolutely be staying here again. THANK YOU!

The staff is what makes this hotel exceptional. We were greeted by Jason, Anna and Denise.
They were excellent at recommending restaurants and knew the area well. We were made to feel welcome.
Rooms were clean and comfortable .Definitely will stay here again.

This is by far the best hotel experience we have had in the last few years. Pam, who works at the front desk, is helpful, caring, and very friendly. Michele, who manages the outstanding breakfast bar, is personable and caring. The whole staff takes pride in their hotel and it shows. We had a wonderful 3 days and nights at the BWP of Casa Grande.

Booked this hotel last minute after another one overbooked and did have our room. Liz was very helpful, friendly and compassionate about our situation. Our room was just absolutely amazing if you have a large family highly recommend it was very spacious and clean! Breakfast was amazing everything was clean and well stocked with all breakfast items. They had a great variety and everything was hot and fresh! Michelle the breakfast attendant was very pleasant and constantly running thru making sure things where clean and stocked! She's doing and amazing job! We will definitely be staying here again we would have stayed another night but rooms where sold out!!

Clean, spacious, comfortable lodging in Casa Grande with outstanding staff. The front desk clerks and breakfast crew made my stay & morning easy and rejuvenating.
The soaps are high quality, the towels are soft, and the beds are comfortable.
I loved the bike racks and abundant lobby seating.

Very nice facilities, beds are extra comfortable. They let me check in early. Checked out around 2am and was offered a small simple breakfast since I was checking out before breakfast. Decent prices in snacks in the lobby. Minimal big rig parking but room onsite as well as a big dirt lot beside tractor supply. Price point is not cheap but not are any of the other hotels around. 10/10 would recommend and stay again

I want to give a big "shout out" and "thanks" to the Best Western Plus Casa Grande Inn & Suites. It is a new hotel, conveniently located off the 1-10 between Phoenix and Tucson. It is close to food, gas stations, shopping, etc. I walked in to get a room for a friend and colleague to celebrate their wedding night. Wow! what a fantastic welcome at the front desk. I told them what I wanted and I wanted it to be special. Our plan was to do simple decorations with flowers, snacks, and sparkling chilled cider. The general manager, Hardip jumped right in and offered to help make it special. When I came back with the goodies to decorate, she and staff had made this beautiful swan/heart towel decoration on the bed. This made us go "AWW" when we walked in the room. It was breathtaking. The suite was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for your upcoming hotel stay.

Pam & hardip were very welcoming considering our situation in Arizona city power outtage. They attended to our needs immediately and got us a 2 very comfortable rooms . we're caretakers for an elderly person and he is also very comfortable here I will highly recommend this hotel to travelers

I love this place. I have been here for 5 weeks and the front desk ladies are super friendly and amazing. The house keepers are super friendly and so sweet. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Definitely want to come back.
