Je déconseille vivement le cabinet de Maitre Bourgoignie. Il m'a fallu attendre deux mois et faire de nombreuses relances par email et téléphone pour enfin avoir un premier RDV téléphonique avec Tristan Bourgoignie. L'appel m'a été facturé 275 dollars à payer avant le rendez-vous sans aucune garantie qu'il puisse répondre à mes questions - aucune information sur mon cas n'a été demandée en amont pour qu'il puisse préparer le RDV. Mes questions portaient sur la création d'une LLC en tant que non résident avec un business partner américain et les démarches pour une demande de green card. Lors de l'appel Monsieur Bourgoignie a été très moralisateur et condescendant et n'a su m'apporter que très peu de conseils. Il m'a promis de m'envoyer des infos en suivi et ne l'a jamais fait, il m'a aussi donné une estimation d'un coût de 1000 USD pour créer ma LLC et 4000 USD + des frais de 1200 USD pour ma demande de carte verte. Le fait que son cabinet refuse de me donner leurs tarifs ou quelconque information avant le RDV téléphonique de 275 USD et me force à payer avant même de m'avoir parlé me donne sincèrement la sensation d'avoir été volée. Quelle perte de temps et d'argent!

I strongly advise against using Maitre Bourgoignie's office. I had to wait two months and make numerous reminders by email and phone to finally have a zoom meeting with Tristan Bourgoignie. I was charged $275 for the call to pay before the appointment with no guarantee that he could answer my questions - no information on my case was requested in advance so that he could prepare for the appointment. My questions related to the creation of an LLC as a non-resident with an American business partner and the steps to apply for a green card. During the call, Mr. Bourgoignie was very moralizing and condescending and gave me very little advice. He promised to send me follow-up information and never did, he also gave me an estimate of a cost of 1000 USD to create my LLC and 4000 USD + 1200 USD in fees to work on my green card application. The fact that they refuse to give me their rates or any information before the $275 telephone appointment and forced me to pay before even speaking to Mr. Bourgoignie is quite outrageous to me. I did it because I believe it was going to be useful, it ended up because a huge loss of time and money.
