To say I am over the moon happy with the job Rich and his team at Marshall Jewelers did on these two rings is an understatement. The diamond ring is from the late 1880’s and set in platinum. It needed to be sized and cleaned. It came out stunning. The tanzanite ring needed to be sized and polished. Rich suggested a ring guard due to the stone placement and I could not be happier. Both pieces came out gorgeous. If you are in need of having jewelry repaired or resized or are looking to purchase something new I highly suggest Marshall’s.

Rich and his team are fantastic. My husband has now purchased my engagement ring, wedding band, and diamond studs from Marshall's, and the quality and affordability can't be beat. On July 7 I looked for a highly rated jewelry store near me as I am traveling cross country and am unfamiliar with the area. I found Marshall's Jewelers and saw it was close too.
I had the good fortune to get Richard helping me. I explained somewhat hesitantly to him that I wanted to buy an engagement ring for my girlfriend. As a lesbian I wasn't sure how that might be received. Richard was welcoming and treated me better than I hoped. He spent at least an hour with me looking first at gemstone rings and when I couldn't decide, he offered to send me a picture of my top 3 choices.
The next day I switched directions, deciding on a traditional diamond ring and he helped me understand the important elements of diamonds and settings.
It was a wonderful experience! We built a beautiful ring, chose the diamonds, selected the setting which had to be FedExed in order to have it done in time.
He and his wife made my ring and my dream come true! I would recommend Marshall's and Richard to anyone without hesitation! No wonder they've been in business over 60 years!

Marshall’s Jewelers, and the entire staff there, is extremely welcoming and helpful. My now husband and I first visited there to look at engagement rings. We were invited to try on a variety of styles and to take our time. They have a wonderful selection and are very knowledgeable. They worked with him to custom order exactly what I loved and what he had picked out. It is the perfect ring! We went back for our wedding bands and they were just as, or more, accommodating custom ordering his wedding band and helping me choose the best wedding band that would complement my engagement ring. They invite us back for cleaning and care of our rings, and truly care about us and their business. They are trustworthy, professional, and do amazing work!

Richard, from Marshalls made my wedding so very special. I intended to have a small intimate day. I wanted 1 ring to be both engagement and wedding ring. Richard, patiently walked me through options. His passion and love for what he does came through loudly! I was thrilled with my choice and look forward to more shopping in the future!

This last winter my fiance and I worked with Richard to create a wedding band that used gemstones from both our family. He worked closely with us and carefullyn walked us through every step of the process. I was impressed with how well he managed to build a design that fit our pretty specific desires. Even though we were on a pretty limited budget Richard met with us multiple times, emailed updates, and gave us the attention I imagine the biggest spenders would get. He even had numerous suggestions as to how to keep our costs low and ideas for future anniversary custom jewelry (when we hopefully have a bigger budget). Ultimately, we were wowwed by the final product, I can't recommend Marshall's enough!

I’ve had a claddagh ring that was sitting in a drawer for years needing to be resized Marshall’s took care of everything and did a wonderful job. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the entire experience was great I will definitely be returning.

First, it seems unassuming from the street view but as soon as you step in, you're taken into a gorgeous, high end store. Such a great variety for every price point, meticulously clean and beautiful showcased. It reminded me of a jewelers in Beverly Hills, but Marshall's serves every budget. They have a wish list program that is perfect for couples that would rather choose in advance to avoid any mishaps! Works for us perfectly! Very I.T. relevant, they will text/email you for reminders. Don't we all appreciate that! Finally, the employees welcomed me w/such caring manner...every one of them! I felt like family. And I only went in for repairs!
