Hampton Inn Ft. Lauderdale/Plantation

Jonathan at Hampton Inn Plantation deserves a perfect and glowing review! The service he provided was absolutely top-notch. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. His attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request was truly impressive. Jonathan is a true asset to the Hampton Inn Plantation team, and we highly recommend him for his exceptional hospitality.

Love this place never stayed here i come for my kids online testing for school but they treat you like guest still. amazing customer service and food bar is amazing lots of options and lobby and bathrooms are super clean

The location of the hotel was perfect for us since it is located right next to Broward Mall, which offers all sorts of entertainment. The room was clean, and the lobby was very inviting. The staff was great, helpful and friendly. The pool deck was a clean and relaxing place.
All on all, we had a fantastic time

The staff is outstanding! All of them. The location is very good; although, a Bucks being a little closer would make it better. Rooms are oversized and shuttles are good.

I ran into a little issue with my reservation. They were mistakenly made for a different location but management here was able to help me resolve the issue. 👍🏾👍🏾 They are conveniently located(easy walking distance) to the mall so in case you need food or clothes you don't have to go far. The management here is very helpful.

I like this Hampton inn the front desk and hotel staff was very cool Mr. John very helpful transporting from and to the airport I will definitely be back this summer

Cheap stay and was able to get to Fort Lauderdale beach and Miami Beach with no problems

It is a great place to stay that is affordable. Great location near mall, stores, and restaurants. The breakfast has plenty of options. The driver was very helpful in showing where everything was nearby as we rode to hotel to check in. The lobby area comfortable if your room wasn't ready or waiting for transportation.

I had a fantastic stay at the Hampton Inn Ft. Lauderdale/Plantation! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. It was brought to my attention that this property is under a new management group. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area! Thanks for the great experience. I look forward to another great stay!

The front desk agent was amazing her name is Ashanti she is new but very vibrant. Amrita is friendly too you know, and Malcom Ashanti’s trainer is great with people.

My room had the best personnel I've ever had. lovely, spotless accommodations in a prime location near everything

We had a great stay for my daughter’s graduation from Nova. Attendants stopped by the room for a clean, leave towels and toiletries, take out trash and they came around again to make sure our trash was empty and we had no immediate needs. Room was clean, bathroom clean, beds fresh and offered a change for our next night. Truly. It was a great stay for a quick trip. They were friendly and attentive. I would return and would highly recommend.

This was a great hotel with a great staff. They went out of their way to make us happy.
Sadly it wasn't so great with the other guests. Someone on our floor was smoking pot, it stunk horribly. However, the staff did their best to resolve the issue, so they are to be commended for their efforts.

I always book this place in Lauderdale for the Airport. Clean, good service and shuttle to the airport. Close to mall and restaurants.

We stayed twice; once before and once after our cruise. Both times, the staff we saw and spoke with were extremely pleasant and helpful. The ladies at the front desk were beyond amazing! Upon our return from our cruise, we arrived very early to the hotel. They stored our luggage, so we could walk across the street to the shopping mall or walk across another street to Target. The rooms were clean and nice. The bathroom needed some misc. maintenance (example: put new caulk around the tub), but it was clean and good. The shower had plenty of steaming hot water, even on the 4th floor!
The breakfast omelets were great! There were also scrambled eggs and other regular types of breakfast food.
The shuttle driver to the Ft Lauderdale airport was awesome also! After the shuttle driver dropped us off at the airport, we realized we left a backpack on the van. I called back to the hotel, they contacted the driver, and the shuttle driver immediately came back to the airport and brought the backpack to us!
The only thing I would change is the mattresses. We like a firm mattress and the ones we had in both of stays were very soft.
We would stay here again.

Not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from. Yes it is an older Hampton. But it's clean. Our room was clean. The lady was clean. The pool and pool are was clean. I've stayed here approx 5 times in the last 7 years. Never disappointed. The staff is amazingly friendly. The breakfast (included) is good. Great way to start your day. The location is perfect
Within walking distance of some great restaurants as well as stores. Honestly I love this place. Feels like home. I highly recommend staying here.
