Truly exceptional work. My ring was fading in color and the prongs weren’t holding the diamonds tightly. The owner took extra time to expedite my order, fix the prongs and completely cleaned the ring rejuvenating the color to an incredible sparkle. So impressed and grateful. Highly recommend this jewelry store! All his handmade jewelers is top notch quality with custom beautiful touches. So impressed!

I brought my >50 year old diamond engagement ring as I saw that at least one prong was broken. Because of the age and type of diamond there was a lot of concern that the stone might not survive repair. They were honest and upfront about the limited options. Another staff jeweler was consulted and he felt the ring could be repaired. It was done and it came out beautifully! I am very pleased and would recommend them highly

Family owned jeweler. I came here from out of state on advise of my brother as they are his jeweler. They are wonderful. He made a custom piece for me and it was gorgeous. I have gone no where else since. I go to him for repairs and once again he is making me another piece of jewelry. They are so friendly and very knowledgeable. If you can't find what you are looking for they will either find it or make it for you. Very fair pricing. Love this store, you will not walk out disappointed.

Outstanding! My wife and I had an anniversary ring designed and produced by Vallee’s Jewelers in Franklin Ma. The final product, made by hand, was beyond our expectations! As we first walked in, Briedy gave us a friendly greeting and assisted us promptly. She introduced us to Rob who became our seller and maker of my engagement ring.
