We had a shower that wasn't getting hot enough. Joe was able to quickly replace the old faucet that was stick on with a stripped screw so now I have a nice hot shower!! Thank you so much!!! Professional and punctual. All around, a wonderful plumbing experience!!

This company was able to come out within a few hours of me calling at the tail end of the snow storm to fix a valve to get my heat working. I’m not disappointed in the job, but I am disappointed in the charges and the lack of transparency. I was charged $240 for the service call alone, which I was told only after I questioned it is the “snowstorm” charge. The regular charge is $140. That is quite an increase just because it is snowing. I was never told there would be such a hike in the price. Had I known this, I would have waited a day and told him to come the next day. Increases in charges should be revealed to a customer before agreeing to do a job. Overall I paid $360 to get a valve replaced, 45 min of work.

Stay away from this company if you need any small plumbing work. Their pricing for small jobs are quite high.

Last year he came out to look at our heating system that was having problems. I told him what kind of system we had over the phone and what was going on. Joe said it should be no problem, he works on that system all the time. He came, charged me $150 for a service call and said he didn’t have the part that I needed. No offer to get the part and fix my heat. Left me in the cold. What a crook!

This happened a couple of years ago, but I'm still angry about it. We had a part on our furnace that needed replacement. It was a simple one man job; however, we were charged for the labor of two men because, as I was told by the company, two men were already on the truck when it came to our house. Very disappointing and unfair.
