West Regional Courthouse

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Nora and Richard Williams for their great attitude in the probation department. They were so kind, courteous and helpful. I went in to visit Mr. Williams earlier than my actual appointment because I had some important questions that I needed to ask because my probation officer was not in, and he was the officer in charge. Mr. Williams was bright, smart and courteous. Above all they were both very accommodating by letting me stop by and visit! Thank you so much. Yesterday 12/01/23, I went into the probation office to check on my remaining small balance and after paying it I was able to see Nora and Richard again. I was so pleased to see that they have not changed a bit! They are still the same warm and wonderful people. They have proven themselves to be genuinely stellar employees. I also want to thank Mrs. Barbara Carmelus for seeing me again on such short notice. It may be hard to believe but the staff at the West Regional Courthouse ALWAYS make me feel important and happy!

I had a complicated passport renewal and the ladies (Janicia, I believe) here checked and triple checked my information to ensure I was good to go! She was so great and cheery through the whole process. Go early, and keep in mind that they’re moving people around, covering offices they know nothing about to accommodate the sudden influx of passport applicants. Have some heart and share some patience…

Obviously if you are going you must be having some issues with the law . I have no complaints in regards of the reason I went there for , everything was dismissed on the spot .
The facility is well located and apparently has great security features . Restrooms and grounds are clean . The parking spaces can be confusing but make sure you read the signs you will be all right .

I went to this location after not being able to get an appointment to renew my son’s passport anywhere within a month. I got there at 755 am and there was a line already. I do recommend to go early because I had to wait about 90 minutes to get to the window but also there were a lot of families. Once I got there Ms Doreen was wonderful, very pleasant and professional. She allowed me time to fill missing sections and even took a new picture because that the one I brought had the hair covering my son’s face. It was a great experience specially after dealing with multiple rude government employees in other facilities.

I had been trying to pay a parking ticket for hours. Amscott didn't work, phone/online did nothing. So I came here!
The security guards were super nice and helpful. Once I found the waiting room, I was told that the system had been down for an hour due to rain and they closed in 30 minutes. Dejected, I waited a bit. After 10 min the system came back up! Two lovely blonde ladies (sorry I didn't get your names) helped me out very much! Today is 7/20/21 at 3:15pm they both deserve a raise. Both of them actually cared about my issue which is rare in government work (no offense)

I normally don't like going to these places unless I have to, but I needed to renew my passport. I spoke to Darlene on the phone and she was very kind in explaining what I would need. She also worked with my when I got there. The wait time was short and she was very sweet. Thanks for the help!

From the security guards to the clerks everything was excellent today. Ms.Doreen is an absolute asset to the Broward county clerk's of court. We we're treated so nicely by Ms.Doreen, she answered all our questions. We will be recommending this location for Passport matters to our friends.

I typically dread of going to the court house because of the waiting times. But I was pleasantly surprised. Perhaps it was the time of day and week (I went Thursday 8:30AM). I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. And the clerks were prompt and courteous.

I showed up to pay for traffic citations and had the most pleasant experience dealing with the lady at the window name Nakeia Daniels. Nakeia was very professional, very helpful, and very courteous. It’s people like Nakeia that are very important to have at a place like this providing exemplary customer service skills to the public. I recommend that the Broward County 17th Judicial Circuit Court have Nakeia as their training specialist for new hires or a promotion be granted. A couple of weeks ago, I called to get assistance on paying a citation with the phone number provided. The person that answered was very rude and unwilling to offer a solution. Again, thank you very much Nakeia for your outstanding service to the public.

Traffic office was incredibly helpful. Signage was perfectly sufficient to find my way around. Not a ton of staff, but it's not the main courthouse downtown. In and out in 45 minutes.

Amazing service from staff at Broward Clerk of Court. Everyone there couldn’t be nicer including security staff and those assisting me with passport renewal, especially Doreen. Great experience.

Our experience was great, deputy clerk Dorenne Yates was outstanding, her customer service is exceptional, she was very patient and helpful at all times and delivered all the information we needed.

Very attentive and polite staff. A little bit harsh but it's natural in that kind of institution. Nice and clean venue

Quick and easy no long lines efficient.. and staff knows there job.. way better than going downtown ...
