Super efficient and friendly. Right on time and very professional. Our ceilings were tough to work around, and they brainstormed until they figured out how to install the light fixture. I was so impressed with them that I provided my building's super with their contact info in case someone else in the building needs an electrician.

We had another electrician (not Duffy) come out originally to install 18 new junction boxes, along with running conduit to all the boxes. They did a very poor job, and we had to get the work redone. Duffy was able to undo what the previous electricians had done, and did a phenomenal job at understanding our vision for the lights and then executing on that. They were super prompt and very knowledgable. They did custom offsets on all the conduits which looked great, and they also recommended we use a smaller diameter pipe for the conduits because it would look better (it did!). To top it all off, they had a nice modern invoicing system which made payment a breeze.

You get what you pay for and Duffy Electric is well worth the money. We will most definitely be using them for all our future electrical needs.

These guys are knowledgeable,neat and flexible in their overall approach to the job( Installation of new Senor light above entry doorway-tech quickly returned to upgrade it when it didn't work properly).

Duffy was responsive and communicated well via both text and email. They arrived within their window and we had an estimate about 15 minutes or so after they checked things out. We gave the go ahead and they were efficient in completing the work and neat as well. Would absolutely use again and recommend.

I had some work I needed done on my home. After one really poor experience with an electrician I reached out to Duffy Electric because I read great reviews. They did not disappoint. The owner spent 20 minutes on the phone with me on a Friday evening helping me troubleshoot and understand the problem then had a team to my home first thing Monday. The professionalism, skill, intelligence, and character of their staff was as good as I’ve seen with any company. This is a special business that is clearly well-managed and they’ve earned every bit of their great reputation. They also quoted me a very fair price for the work they did. Duffy Electric was great to work with! I received an inquiry to my response the same day I made it (compared to not even receiving a callback from three other places I had contacted first!) and they were able to get us on the books quickly. Fabian was courteous, professional, communicative, and did a great job installing the light fixture we needed. Will only reach out to them if we ever have future electric needs.

My house had a total blackout, I reset the panel, still no electric. Called PSEG to see if it was on their end and they confirmed power was going to my house. So now I need an electrician, most likely I need the electrical panel replaced. Called Brian Duffy because he is a master electrician. I learned from a good friend of mine that when it comes to electrical problems find the best that you can. Well I did, I found Brian Duffy. He and his co-worker Andrew are both licensed master electricians. I called Brian at 5:00pm he picked up the phone and had me try another reset of the panel and still no good. He needed supplies to replace the panel and he said he would see me first thing in the morning. He came, gave me an estimate which was reasonable and went off to buy a panel and breakers while Andrew dismantled the existing panel. About 5 to 6 hours later I had electric and a 21st century working electrical panel. This is why I would recommend Duffy Electric to anyone with an electrical problem or who wants to add additional wiring to their home due to remodeling. Brian and all of his workers are licensed, and he carries workers compensation insurance for all of them. And the most important fact he knows the codes that will keep your home safe.

This was my 3rd time using Duffy and each time was a different crew. Doesn’t matter who has been here all have been extremely professional, explained exactly what was needed to fix the issue, and all were extremely clean and neat.

I recently upgraded my 100 amp circuit to 200 amps. This was not job for non-professionals. Duffy Electrical made me a believer that there are companies that are focused on real customer positive experiance. Thank you Ben, Ray, Jessie. You guys ROCK!!! (Biggie)

Ben and his partner were super knowledgeable, skillful, quick and friendly! They were in and out in 10 minutes and fixed our problem. We will definitely be calling again should we need any electrical help!

Had a mysterious break down in one of my circuits that cut power to multiple parts of my home. I live in an older house, so truth be told I was nervous about the extent of the cause.

Turned to the experts and called Duffy Electric to troubleshoot. Brian Duffy came over same day and was able to track down the issue in under two hours. As a laymen when it comes to electrical, it was fun to watch his expertise at work moving from point to point until finding the root of the problem. Got the power up and running in no time. On top of that, in our search, he pointed out a jerry-rigged closet light from a previous owner which was a fire hazard and fixed that for us as well.

Overall, had a really great experience with Duffy Electric and will be using them for our future electrical needs.

Several years ago, I had a generator installed. Brian and his team did an excellent job. Since then, they continue to service the unit every 6 months. They are reliable, professional and courteous.

Duffy Electric repaired and replaced an indoor and outdoor outlets. Jen in the office was so professional and helpful. Armando and Mike arrived on time and handled the work very efficiently. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends!

Brian is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He kept me updated on any issues with our original work date and came out to work late to make sure the job at my house got done. The overall price was extremely fair. I hope to be able to use Duffy again for future projects!

I can't thank the folks at Duffy Electric enough for their fantastic work and incredible customer service. I discovered on a Saturday late morning that the basement outlets and outside lighting fixtures weren't working, and we were expecting company for the weekend. I called around to several places and wasn't able to find anyone who could provide same-day service let alone return my message, until I spoke to Jennifer. She took pity on me and called their crews to see if any were running ahead of schedule, and was able the get the job scheduled for the afternoon. They were extremely professional and got the job done in no time! Going forward I won't use anyone else!
