Short notice was provided and Fay was able to work with my complex scheduling requirements to have toilets and vanity removed and replaced while a flooring removal and replacement was going on the next business day. Sully and Tony were the first to arrive and Evan joined them and they were thorough, detailed, responsive and offered excellent professional advice. Fay provided preliminary cost, we added on work and Sully and Tony were very detailed with cost and work required- I ask alot of questions. We received regular updates from Tony and Sully and Sully, Tony and Evan completed the job. We added on a baseboard heat replacement and Sully completed that as well. We are very happy with the work G&C plumbing completed for us.

Very happy with the work quality and professionalism of Casey and Chris M. They were quick to diagnose the issue and were very patient answering all the questions I had. Our baseboards were air locked so they were able to bleed the lines of air and recommended upgrades so that the problem would not reoccur. I would be confident in hiring G&C for any future plumbing work I may need.

A+ work with G&C Plumbing. They did awesome work fixing a drain issue and a toilet hookup that needed to be replaced. Casey came out first and went over what options I had to repair the issues. Then afterwards Chris G and Tony came out and did an awesome job. Very friendly and overall great experience. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done. Bonus points Chris took my trash barrels in when trash service came!

Chris and Joe were super knowledgeable and professional! Very friendly and outgoing!! I got same day service, and Chris even told me exactly what I needed to get vanity wise at home depot for installation.

Update!! I have added photos of my before and after of my bathroom!!

As you can see I was in pretty bad shape before. The new vanity and faucet are a perfect fit!! It is so unique as you just push the bottom of the sink to stop it up and to drain it. Plus I now have storage space in my bathroom!!

Install day, was great! Chris and Zach (I think ) were once again super friendly and outgoing explaining things along the way. They cleaned up after themselves, took all of the trash out and vacuumed before they left!!

My dog who is super unfriendly...even liked them both!!!

My husband and I just moved into a new house and when we tried to turn on our heat, it was not working. I called G&C and they quickly scheduled me an appointment, and even came a day earlier since they were in the area. Casey was very nice and even though he was unable to fix the issue without an electrician first he was quick to give me a recommendation. He was very informative and pointed out some other potential issues. I would recommend them and will call them again when needed.

G&C was very responsive to my request for service. Our gas hot water heater was 7 years old and showing signs of eminent failure (severe rust where water pipes entered top of tank). They came out to look at, gave me a good variety of options, and went ahead an replaced it all on the same day! Chris was awesome, very down to earth, not pushy at all. I felt he had my best interests in mind. I would highly recommend G&C!

Chris Barry, Cooper and the whole crew that assisted on our boiler project did a great job. The guys were always careful when bringing in and removing the old boiler, it was not the easiest of routes. Chris and Cooper did a great job with the installation. Great quality, it was an all-around great job by G&C. We would definitely recommend them.

Everyone we dealt with was fantastic from the people I spoke to on the phone, the person who provided quotes via email, and the plumbers who came to install our dishwasher. They were very fast - from my first call to the job being done all in just a few days. The customer service is unmatched. Sully and Mason arrived on time. Sully evaluated my problem and gave me all of my options. He answered my questions thoroughly and clearly. Sully and Mason were professional and courteous. They took special care when going through the house to wear protective covering on their shoes so not to soil any flooring. Sully gave me frequent updates on the progress and showed me each step as completed. They were very neat and cleaned their work areas completely before leaving. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Casey was a tremendous help! Our boiler broke down, leaving us without heat in the house. We were able to get an appointment on the same day. Casey clearly explained the cost of the repair. He did a great job fixing the boiler. Additionally, he provided detailed information about the different types of boilers and their pros and cons, which will help us make an informed decision next time. Received help today from Chris Sullivan, Moulty, and Nate for an issue where our toilet sprung a leak in the middle of the night. Placed a call early in the morning and had assistance within an hour. Super friendly, quick, and great communication of the options available to us to fix the issue. Overall had a fantastic experience.

Nate and Tony were excellent. They were extremely polite and respectful of our home. They answered all of my questions surrounding a water stain we recently noticed, identified the problem, and provided me with options of how to fix it with minimal disruption. I would highly recommend them again for any plumbing needs and issues pertaining to water and heating.

My sister was in need of some plumbing repairs and she complained that she had tried calling some and they never showed up or were crazy expensive. I found G&C from a Google search and chose them based on their solid positive reviews. They were fantastic! From the first call, Faye was professional and helpful and scheduled an appointment the very next day. The crew came out, on time, were professional, clean, respectful and provided an estimate and a thorough explanation. They did the work the same day! I have nothing but the highest regard for this organization and strongly recommend them.

Good plumbing repairs is not cheap but worth it in the long run. Professional and personable they are. Will use G&C again.

I had held off on this project for a while but within ~24 hours of making the call to schedule an appointment, I now have a garbage disposal that I've wanted for months!

Cannot say enough great things about my first time using G & C. Chris Barry arrived on time, was respectful, polite and courteous. I was informed all throughout the work being done. Cooper assisted Chris and was amazing as well. They both were professional and meticulous with their work. Areas of work were clean and they went above and beyond any other experienced plumber we have had at our house. Would highly recommend G & C and the Chris and Cooper team!

We did a lot of research before deciding to use G&C Plumbing & Heating. We met with Brandon (and Roy, the electrician they contract) and they were very thorough and gave us options to fit our budget.

The problem we presented to them was that we had a water heater hidden behind the furnace in an HVAC closet in our living room. New regulations for the tanks made it difficult to replace with the size we needed for the confined space. Removing the furnace, and putting it back together, to get a replacement gas water heater, would have been time consuming and costly.

We came upon an idea to shut off, drain, and leave our gas water heater in the HVAC closet and then put an electric water heater in a coat closet. Brandon felt we might be able to snake a line above the ceiling using an access hatch that was available, but if that was impossible they might have to cut (chase) the ceiling which would be more expensive.

Shawn, the main technician, attempted to snake the pipes but there was just too much venting in the way. He came up with an idea to send the hoses underneath the stairs. This totally worked and the insulation in that space assures that the pipes won’t freeze in the winter. Tony assisted him, and they were both very polite, courteous, and thorough. All work was done professionally, and I was updated through each stage of the project. Once completed, they left all spaces clean and tidy.

We can’t say enough good things about G&C Plumbing & Heating. It was a pleasure working with Brandon, Shawn, and Tony. Patti, who initially scheduled our estimate was great as well. The electrician Roy sent did a great job, too!

We give G&C Plumbing & Heating our highest recommendation and would not hesitate to use them again for all our HVAC and Plumbing needs.

G&C Plumbing and Heating office staff confirmed my appointment with a professional email following a pleasant phone call. Chris Barry and associate Cooper, replaced my 1st floor bath shutoff valves, installed a new faucet, and removed a pedestal sink and replaced with a vanity.
My home has more work to be done, which I feel comfortable having G&C complete the job.

Chris Sullivan of G&C Plumbing did a wonderful job installing the new faucet in our bathroom. We were concerned about the shut offs for the sink and toilet. At our request, after Chris’s inspection, he replaced them. He was personable and professional. We’ve used G&C for several plumbing projects and will use them for any further plumbing needs.
