Quite possibly the worst customer service on all of Nantucket. Have popped in numerous times this summer with the intention of purchasing a gorgeous bowl and serving utensils (totaling close to $700) but each time I walk out as the service is just abysmal. You’ll be stared at but not greeted, passed by several workers that will brush your shoulder without word or glance and be completely ignore. Shop elsewhere

I have never experienced such rudeness and poor customer service in my life. I shopped at this store last year and this year, the service has declined dramatically. No thank you, no hello, no smile, nothing! The staff seemed bothered and irritated with me, as if I am interrupting their day. Could it be that I have an accent and I am not born in this country!

PURCHASED A WHIRLIGIG THAT THE OWNER SAID WAS FROM THE LATE 1800'S EARLY 1900'S/ PAID 1560. FOR IT. THE OWNER CHARGED ME 3 TIMES FOR A SHIPPING CHARGE OF 30. HAD THE WHIRLIGI EVALUATED BY 3 REPUTALE ANTIQUE DEALERS. THEY SAID IT WAS NOT OLD AND WAS WORTH 300-400. CALLED THE OWNER AND SHE WAS QUITE NASTY AND NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS. ALSO SHE NEVER REFUNDED ME THE 60 OVERCHARGE FIR SHIPPING.HAVE EEN UYING ANTIQUES FOR YEARS AND NEVER EVER HAD A PROLEM WITH AN ANTIQUE DEALER.. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR..NOT A REPUTABLE DEALER
