Andrew's roofing was contracted to replace my roof in 2007 at a cost of $26000, Less than 5 years later I had 8 major roof leaks after the 1st major rain storm. I placed a call to Andrew's and they were not in any rush to reply to my problem.I called several times after not getting any response. The office mgr Gala was rude and would not let me speak to the owner nor have my roof looked at by there company. After pleading with Gala for 3 weeks she made an appointment with the repair person named Mike to come. He never showed up or call . The next week when he did show up, Mike told me Gala informed him not to show up on our appointment and was hoping I would have called another company. Mike also said there were many issues with my "complete re-reroofing", by and Andrews and they should be responsible to have it fixed correctly. That never happened and I never heard from them again. 7 weeks after my initial call gave up and made a call to a competent roofing company. They where shocked and asked me to have a roofing engineer come out to inspect the repair and report Andrews's to the proper authority. All off the flashing needed to be replaced. The rusted flashing that Andrew's painted over andalso correctly repaired the laminate that was also incorrectly applied. This was confirmed the roof engineering company. I sent the report to the State and Bureau of licencing. Shame on you Andrew's!
Another take the money and run company in South Florida. Yes I have filed a BB complaint and Dept of Regulation complaint.
