This store is charming, when you arrive they receive you and immediately they ask you carefully about your needs... I have been there on several occasions and I always find the manager, a young man who is very attentive and willing to help. I recommend "Julian" to you. his name... always ask him about the specials and facilities, he always has something good 👍y hablando español!

When other AT&T store would not sell me the Z5 flip phone they ordered it for me.
When I had a few problems the corrected them quickly and with a smile. Love those guys..

These guys were awesome, thorough, and took my issues seriously. I have been to a number of AT&T locations where I felt ignored or minimized, and that was simply not the case here.

This has been one of my best and amazing customer experience. The manager Julian was so patient and helpful with me. I am a complete novice with the mobile technology. He went with me step by step until I felt competent. Excellent customer service. I personally recommend this AT&T store. The best one.

I went to the AT&T store on Oakland Park Boulevard because I had no phone service. They tried to help me, but were unable and sent me to the store on Sunrise Boulevard. Josh was very helpful, but had phones that were ,too expensive for me. He called the store in Davie to see if they had something more affordable which they did. He wrote the directions for me
since I had no way to get Google maps with no phone service. Shannon took care of me there and had a phone to meet my budget. She was very helpful in transferring my info and helping me to become familiar with the phone. I was unable to be without a phone until the "free phone " came,so I had to buy a new one to get my service back. The people that took care of me at AT&T stores were very good ,but AT&T service was not good at all, since I made many calls about my being out of town and they told me that I had until the end of February before service would be terminated. I had no notification of the end of my service. This is not the way you take care of a good customer. I have no good words for the AT&T company.

Shannon was my consultant at the W State Road 84 location in Davie, Florida. This elite young professional always asks me a number questions to learn how to best serve my concerns. Shannon has helped me in the past and she always goes the extra miles to help me find my answers; actions which I have yet to experience from other AT&T consultants at other locations. I would rather wait to consult with Shannon than be served right away by any other consultant(s).

When you look to promote from within, Shannon should be considered as an elite level candidate to represent your AT&T brand. Please forward this message to the decision-makers who care about quality leadership.

I purchased a new phone today. Lenni from the Davie store went above and beyond to assist me. My previous phone was 4 yrs old and had a damaged screen making it difficult to operate. It took her more than hour to transfer the data to my new phone. She remained patient and professional and got the job done.

Amazing Service!! I went to do an Upgrade in my line and pay my bill and they help me with everything!! The Manager and the reps are Great!!!
