Having an old house with several problems, I've had to deal with my fair share of contractors. Roofing Giants by far was the most professional and honest I have worked with. We had a tricky leak in our roof and I had obtained quotes from several roofing companies. Roof Giants sent Oren who was the most thorough in his inspection of the problem before providing us with an estimate. He also appeared to be the most knowledgeable and provided me advice about some aspects of our roof in a way that didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me. The project did require an additional visit, but Roof Giants held to their word to make sure the leak was entirely taken care of (instead of just becoming unreachable when the leak wasn't completely eliminated on the first go around). They were incredibly professional, super responsive, and their customer service is exceptional. I got pictures of the work that was done on my roof along with an explanation. When the time comes to eventually replace my roof, I will be heading to them first.

Roof Giants was professional in all ways from the moment we signed the contract to the finish of our new roof installation. They did everything in a very timely manner. Cathryn, the office manager was extremely attentive in answering all our questions. We would highly recommend.

We needed a new roof because our old one had a couple of leaks we weren't sure where they were coming from. They were actually recommended to us by our neighbors who they had done a wonderful job on their roof too. This is a very nice company and very prompt as well. One of their project manager, Juan Carlos, is very attentive to your concerns and needs and will keep you updated every step along the way. Don't hesitate to call and at least get a quote. Great price point for a job well done.

We used Roof Giants to reroof our home as well as install a new skylight and solar attic vent. We have nothing but good things to say about them from start to finish! Oren was so nice and did not make us feel pressured which salespeople can sometimes do. Catherine always kept us up to date on our timeline. The crew worked quickly and efficiently. When we thought we had a leak issue, they responded promptly discovered it was actually cracks around our window. They then caulked those cracks which were not even part of their scope of work. I’m so happy with how it all came out and would definitely recommend Roof Giants to anyone needing roof work. Very professional and nice people to work with! 👍

We decided to utilize Roof Giants for our new roof after extensive research and interviews with other roof companies. Everyone involved was professional and courteous. ( Oren, Juan, Mayer, Catherine , etc) Understand that a new roof is a big expense. Be sure to know all the costs that are included in the work and the additional charges in the fine prints. Make sure you follow the permit process and obtain final inspection documentation from your county. Our roof is beautiful and has given our home a new and updated look. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

After consulting four other roofing contractors for a re-roofing, we finally found Roof Giants (May 2022, Miami). I'm glad we kept looking because they were clearly the best choice. Other contractors had wildly different ideas such as patching, building over the existing roof, and replacing shingles with gravel. Only Roof Giants wanted to do things the right way.

We spoke with Adam, who came out to look at our house, on time. Adam was confident in what his crews could accomplish and was super patient. He explained all of our options and the price was right.

It took the crew around a week and a half to start due to constant rain, but once things started it was over in less than about 1 week. The biggest delay was waiting for the permit to clear.

Literally everyone in the crews were all pros, as well as the few I spoke to in the office. Catherine, Juan Carlos, everyone was a great help. And shout out to the county inspector whose name I never caught. Everyone needs a company or "a guy" they can call on for reliable help and Roof Giants is it for roofing.

Honestly, the overall experience was excellent. The quality of work was A1, most importantly! As an added value, everyone I encountered was very professional, knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with! This positive experience was from beginning to end, and includes field inspectors or workers, sales agent and office staff. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for anything roof related.

After consulting with several Roofing Companies we decided to use Roof Giants. We met Juan Carlos the project manager while his company was installing roofs for two of our neighbors. He was very professional and explained different options for our roof. We felt that Roof Giants was the right roofing company for us.
After the permit for a total re-roof was finally issued ... Roof Giants went to work.
It took less than 2 days for the entire job.
Juan Carlos oversaw the job and made sure that everything was done right. He communicated with us and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. He send a cleanup crew after the job was done, cleared our yard of any specks and dirt.
We will not hesitate to refer you guys to neighbors, friends and family.

After several estimates from other companies, I decided to take a chance with Roof Giants and I couldn’t be happier with the result, my new roof looks beautiful!! They even helped me with a couple of leaks at no cost while waiting for the city permits and the new tiles during a heavy rain season. Excellent service from start to finish. They took care of everything including obtaining approval from the HOA. Basically all I had to do was select the tiles. The roof looks beautiful. Everyone at Roof Giants is friendly, responsive and professional. I highly recommend them!

We made the right decision in hiring ROOF GIANTS. The company was 100% committed in delivering a first class roof installation. Starting with Eli A. Mgr who provided us with a complete and thorough quote for our new roof; Catherine M. Ofc.Mgr who was our main contact throughout the job. We had total communication by phone and emails; the calls were always taken and emails responded to immediately. Catherine provided all the necessary paperwork needed for our HOA and followed up continually with the Tile Distributor Erica to get the roof tiles we ordered delivered & installed. Erica B. the distributor also played a major role in making sure that we got the tiles ordered a.s.a.p. That is an important relationship since they all wanted to make sure that our new roof would get done and that we were happy at the end.
Of course, due to the current market conditions with the tile manufacturers & suppliers not being able to get the materials needed to deliver jobs as promised; thank God we had ROOF GIANT on our side from beginning to end. The Field Mgr, Juan Carlos was our main contact when the roofing team was working at our home during the entire process from the tear down, inspection process, the roof installation and even doing touch-up when needed. The ROOF GIANT roofing team was absolutely great; the job was done in a professional manner; they always cleaned up after the work day to make sure there were no nails on the ground or any materials. I would highly recommend without any hesitation the ROOF GIANT company for your roofing needs. They are totally committed on doing the best job and committed to the customer 100%. My insurance would not renew until my roof was redone and they were quick in getting my all permits and roof completion and did a great job. The roofers were also amazing including Juan! Would recommend!

These guys are great! For the first time in a long time, I was able to use one of the trades in South Florida who did what they said they would do and did it on time. In addition, they are some of the nicest people you'll ever want to deal with. Eli and Steve, in particular, were professional, accommodating and responsive. And, I ask a lot of questions.....which they politely and thoroughly answered....unlike most trades in Florida which get upset if you dare to question anything they do. Most importantly, the quality of their work was great.....the roof looks great and it's been raining a lot since they installed the roof, and no leaks! LOL! Seriously, if you're looking to work with a company that will actually do what they say they will do at a fair price in a reasonable amount of time, then I wholeheartedly recommend Roof Giants! And, yes, this is a real review by a real customer!
