Allan was amazing at educating us on lab-made diamonds and was such a great guide in ensuring the designed engagement ring we envisioned came to life. The jewelry techs did a phenomenal job and we are extremely happy with the results. Very friendly environment and A+ customer service. 10/10 Recommend!

My wife had a vision (dream) of a ring that would incorporate the diamonds her mother and aunt had left her. From our initial visit until the day they presented her with the ring was an amazing experience. We could not have asked for more from any jeweler in the country. There was a bit of miscommunication regarding when I should come in for sizing, but overall they were great. They got my ring done on the time frame needed, before our trip to Hawaii, where my fiancé proposed ( on Waimea Canyon ). My salesperson was Kathy. She was amazing. She helped me with an important repair and not only did she and her team go above and beyond. The repair was done flawlessly. It was a necklace that was very sentimental to me and it came back even more beautiful than expected and in such a timely manner. Highly recommend this jeweler and Kathy!

Richard, Alan, and Susan have been instrumental in creating my engagement ring from start to finish; ideas on paper to the physical ring, itself. I was given a full tour of the entire process and shown the steps and tools used to create this ring fully inhouse. The quality of this final product is almost hypnotic...like Bilbo with the One Ring.
The communication was incredibly strong, as well. They were reassuring and comforting when I'd get a little anxious and overwhelmed...they're clearly experienced
enough in handling newbies like me and delivered more than promised for this physical ring. We will be back to start talking Wedding Bands!

Recently bought an engagement ring from here & my fianceé loves it! Rich helped me out primarily with assistance from Mark & Alan. I had to do a custom ring because everything that was asked of didn't exist. I explained everything i wanted in the ring to Rich, he sketched out the ring really well and let me see a few other rings to see the differences between them. He also showed me the whole process of CAD renderings and the molding etc. I only had a few weeks to get this ring ready and the whole staff really pulled through. The staff is very friendly, the establishment is very well kept and the prices are reasonable. I was always kept informed of my order and everyone answered all my questions. Felt very re-assured throughout my entire experience. Im honestly looking forward to future custom orders from here. Thank you guys!

Matthew’s has always been a great place with the best customer service. Went once to get a general quote on engagement rings and another time to resize some rings. Both times Alan went above and beyond all expectations. They really value their customers and do all that they can to treat everyone and their jewelry with respect. 10/10 would recommend!

One of the best jewelry stores around I've been going there for a few decades and my parents also shop there and have had nothing but positive results and they have really pretty and unique jewelry items. If you're shopping around it's definitely worth to stop in and see what they have I think everybody would be most pleased and great customer service as well.
