Melissa and Joel have taken care of many of my jewelry needs over the years. From repairs, to personalized designed rings; there’s nothing they can’t do. (2 rings they helped me design came out beautifully) Their prices are reasonable and they are always so warm and welcoming. There’s no one else I would go to.

I was very pleased to find a local, family run business that carried Pandora jewelry, both retired and new pieces. I went in to purchase a ring for my daughter in law and was greeted by warm, friendly faces who clearly value their customers. There’s no rush; no pressure. Definitely recommend.

I cant say enough about JMR Jewelers! I went in for an emergency repair and they fixed it immediately and perfectly. The bracelet clasp is better/stronger than it was when I bought it! The prices are great and the entire staff is amazing!!!! They also have an extensive array of absolutely gorgeous pieces. I will definitely be back for ALL of my jewelry purchases and repairs. Impeccable service as always! I broke a prong on my ring and dropped it off late in the day expecting to pick it up tomorrow. Not even 20 minutes later, I get the text that it’s ready. I picked it up and it is perfect and sparkling. I highly recommend JMR Jewelers!

It was an amazing experience. Wife broke the hook in her gold chain took it here and in less than 24 hours the job was done. They send you a text message notifying you that the item is ready for pick up.

If you are looking for Pandora jewelry as I often am there is no other place to go. Avoid the crazy lines at. The mall and deal with smiling faces that are happy yo see you.

Lovely experience every time! I have bought a few pieces of jewelry from this store and the owners and staff are very pleasant people. Knowledge, and polite. They have a great selection of Pandora and service on site. My latest was a graduation gift for my daughter and Melissa was a sweetheart and stayed with me until I found what I had in mind. I went in around 11:30 needing a repair on my broken diamond cross pendant for a funeral I had at 2. I got a text at 12:30 ready for pickup. And the cross looked better then before I had broke it. This is a family jeweler that cares about there customers

I needed two rings sized and wanted to wait while the job was being done. Joel was very accommodating, and the two rings were done in no time at all. They look terrific, and he also cleaned my diamond necklace. It looks brand new. They are very friendly. Definitely will be going there for future purchases and/or repairs.

JMR has an appealing selection, and I’ve received a few gifts from them over the last few years. I got lucky and they just repaired my wedding ring same day. And they polish it like new and make you fall in love all over again. Easy to get to and park. JMR is a family business, and they’ve always treated us warmly. Good people.
