At first we were pleased with them.
After 2 years Lazz started doing our taxes we were audited by Irs for the first time in 20+years.
Will never recommend this place to a cat or blind mice.

The price to do your taxes is so high, $800 and at the end they never tell you how much they charge cause everything is electronic so the irs give them the money automatically.. I used to think this was a great please to do taxes but is not …… they messed it up with my last year and I had almost to beg them to fix a mistake they made cause I didn’t have access to the info they sent … be careful with this place ….

Do not recommend this place at all. Very unprofessional , bad communication and dishonest!!Cost me extra fees and penalties after being lied too about having extensions filed that were never filed ! Stay away

Worst place to do your taxes they did me and my husbands taxes wrong and put the wrong address they charged us 800$ and when we went to pick up the check for the return they gave it to the help next door to charge us a processing fee ! What a SCAM ! Then they put our address wrong and when called they don’t pick up one guy answered and was no help. These people are rude and they can’t even do the job your paid them to do !

The husband and wife are great but there is a guy who answers the phone and see ppl at the window that is very disrespectful and arrogant!! I guess this is why he has to answer phone since he has no business.

This is the worst accounting place ! They over charge you and they messed up my address on the taxes when i called so they can fix it the guy was rude and wanted me to solve the problem myself. Something that they messed up.

I paid 300 dollars for them to do my taxes, next year i got a letter from IRS because they filled it wrong and i have to pay it all back, thanx for ruining my taxes and getting me in trouble
