I had a great experience with Nicole at Jay Esterson Allstate Insurance. I was switching over from an agent I did not feel was completely honest and did not care if I had concerns or questions. Nicole was very honest, gave great advice, answered all my questions without hesitation. She was quick to respond to me and if I left a voicemail, she returned them. I felt like I could trust her as my insurance agent and will switch over my home to them due to Nicole’s great customer service. Prices were comparable to other companies. I am happy I switched over.
