I LOVE THIS PLACE. IT IS MY FAVORITE PLACE TO GO. ALL UNIQUE AND GREAT PRICES. FRIENDLY, CLEAN, EASY TO FIND THINGS. Discount if something slightly damaged. With receipt money back. No tag or tags store credit. They even helped me take it all out to my car.

This Ross is very organized and with a great variety. Although I recommend not going on weekends, especially on Saturdays because it is very crowded. It has 4 self-checkout boxes but only for 8 products, oh less. The employees are very friendly and willing to help, and I personally appreciate that they are bilingual.

Christmas shopping man lines were long other then that no complaints

Lines long. Be kind to the staff. Everyone is short staffed. Just be patient. And shop.
Found some nice gym shoes and purse. Waiting patiently.

Best selection of everything from soup to nuts at very reasonable prices. Designer clothes and housewares are their specialty

If you are looking for towels, rugs, clothing, toys. This store is great. It does get very busy, but the staff try their best to keep the line at checkout, moving as quickly as possible. Sometimes, you got to dig through the mess people left behind to find any sale items. Although the staff does their best to clean after customers. People seriously need to not be so messy and make unnecessary work for both staff and other customers.

They where a great place to shop i was really Amazed

I primarily focus on the kitchen and cooking section. It's not large, but it has a lot of cool gadgets and some gourmet oils and spices. The place is usually crowded, but the line moves fast. The mall its in has an of layout and I've gotten lost trying to find it. LOL

Nice clothes and not expensive. I'm loving it

Always come here to find under armour and athletic wear. Depends on the month of the year what they have and what they are carrying. Overall love coming here!

Going into any Riss store I look for pop items look great in my new place here in Fort Meyer moving from Miami I love seeing great deals

I found Calvin Klein stuff and much more! Great prices! The line was sooooo long but it went really fast. They are very efficient.

I bought a ton of dresses in Jacksonville so it makes sense that I would to Fort Myers and check out their deals! Well I must say their assortment of bras Is far better than Target's. I found what I was looking for for two people not less.. sexy and beautiful and priced far less than other places

I bought my first purse here for only $8! Everything is amazing and cheap, and there are little candies and cookies near checkout, so I'll get some clothes then buy some meringues on my way out!

First time i have ever been to a ross. The customer service is above amazing. The sells women truly made my experience blessed. I will definitely be going back as soon as i get my check. Lol love it!!!! Best experience i have ever had shopping in my life. I normally dislike shopping have since i was a child. Weird for a female to say. Though the people that work there maybe seeing me a lot. Lol even the security guard was helpful and so amazing. I had to even thank her. I cannot elaborate on how this trip to find an outfit has been the best experience of my life. High five to all the workers. :)
