Update: getting ready to hire them for my bathroom again!

Wow! I put in a claim to my homeowners insurance in the afternoon by that night All Claims had the mold team at my house setting up their machines. I had the pleasure of working with Project Manager Jeff Ardolino he was 5 stars! Jeff kept us up to date on the entire process, he was caring and understanding, and even worked with my schedule. I appreciate everything Jeff and All Claims did for us, our bathroom turned out excellent! If I ever need work in the future I know who I'm calling.

All Claims Repairs basically rebuilt a complete kitchen and bath; including extensive painting of the living and dining rooms due to water damage. The crew was all business and very dedicated toward completing the work on time, and to my satisfaction. They cleaned up every day and replaced everything exactly as before. The construction manager Art K. had a great eye for detail and planning to avoid any surprises. He actually oversaw the project from beginning to end. No punch list necessary!

Great experience with all claims and Joe Santore. I never felt the need to micro manage the project because Joe had it completely under control. Good quality, good timing, and good people to work with.

Had entire home re floored, painted, baseboards and bathroom vanity

Scott, Francisco, and their team did a phenomenal job with our bathroom! They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with every detail, and their communication was exceptional. The process was quick and seamless, and we are so happy with the results.

Amica Insurance recommended All Claims Repairs to me when it was clear that addressing the mold in 3 rooms in my house was imperative. They arrived to review what work needed to be done (getting rid rid of the mold & removing & rebuilding a few walls so no dangerous mold would remain). Amica & All Claims agreed upon the price & a document with an itemization was submitted to me. Supervisors of 2 teams came to the house with a few of their staff to review what work was required: the mold team & the builders. Then they started - they worked, explained the procedure, & were timely. The workers were professional & led by qualified, patient, professionals. The finished product was better than expected. Moreover, when I asked for something different, they complied. I would use them again & recommend them.

We found all of All Claims Repair personnel to be extremely sensitive to our anxiety and stress level throughout the entire process from our emergency call to the final finished work.

Not being on site (we have been back north in Massachusetts) during the entire remediation has been difficult for us; however, Paul did a valiant job keeping us updated.
Upon completion of the job Paul faced-timed us and walked us through our condo showing us each of the rooms that were repaired. He followed up by texting us a handful of pictures of the completed work.
