Great SunTrust. People at suntrust go out of their way to help you any way they can. The last review is straight up just a man that hates life. Can't trust in what he says.

Has one drive thru atm. This atm is a tad slower than other ones I’ve experienced but works. It’s also very old and beat up looking. The machine could certainly use a face lift.

In my experience with the banks, this is terrible services and security systems for the customer, after my account was committed, today it can not be sawn, I do not owe them money, everything is clear, but you always have to wait for someone different, today I spoke with three more customers here at the bank, and they are in the same situation, please if you can find another bank, DO NOT come to Truisth

You can’t Trust in Suntrust, I opened an account with an sign up bonus, that they never deposit on my account. I decide to close my account and the deceiver Robert Alonzo ( a clerk) told me to come another day because hey don’t keep two thousand dollars on the bank due to robberies. I refused to come another day,and guess what i was able to get my money. This person shows no respect for a customer, he lied, he didn’t show interest regarding the pending sign up bonus and tried to trick me like a child. Well done Robert, you just showed the real face of Suntrust in the Tampa Bay Area.
