I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kazumi, and as a first-time sushi eater, I was blown away by the experience! From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance was inviting, with a tranquil atmosphere perfect for diving into the world of sushi. We sat outside! Miami weather was perfect!

The staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, patiently guiding us through the menu and offering suggestions tailored to our tastes. Their attentiveness made the whole dining experience feel personalized and comfortable.

Now, let's talk about the food – it was an absolute revelation! Each dish was a work of art, beautifully presented and bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors. From the delicate rolls to the melt-in-your-mouth mochi, every bite was a culinary adventure.

What truly stood out was how the chefs options catered to newcomers like myself, ensuring that even the most hesitant palate could find something to love. They expertly balanced flavors and textures, making each dish accessible yet still authentic to the essence of sushi. My favorites: Bea roll and Honeymoon roll, but everything was delicious.

Had an early dinner last night at Kazumi, we had tapas that were great- edamame, Asian ribs, baby octopus, and gyozu dumplings with a nice glass of wine. The service was great - not only did our own waiter watch over us all the other waitresses staff keep an eye on all the tables pouring water, bringing extra napkins, removing empty plates, asking if we need anything. It was a very nice experience. We ate outside, it was busy but quiet.

My wife and I are big fans of Costa Med - Antonio, Harold and his entire staff consistently serve great food and deliver service that is beyond friendly. When we learned that Antonio took over Kazumi, we gave it a try. Happy to report that it was an incredible dining experience - Christian provided great service despite the fact that it was getting busy. The miso cod melted in our mouths and the jalapeno poppers delivered the "pop" I was expecting. It is an extensive menu and everything we ordered was fresh and delicious.

Best sushi in all of Miami. Worth taking the time for a reservation because they are always busy (for a good reason). Never have I ever ordered a dish I didn't like, nor has anybody and everybody that I have taken. It's a family favorite and quite honestly our GO-TO for sushi.

Kazumi is an amazing Japanese restaurant to go to. Starting from the amazing dishes for a fair price, great customer service, fast seating and much more. As a long time customer of kazumi I think everyone should try there delicious food.

They expanded to about 12 outdoor tables since the pandemic so it's easier to get a table even at peak times. Despite the expansion, service is still excellent and very friendly. Loads of unique Japanese creations that taste absolutely delightful. Prices are reasonable considering its located in Key Biscayne. Totally casual, almost beachy ambience. Love it!

Our waiter was Juan José super friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant has one of the best sushis in Miami. We had the Bae Roll, Toño Roll & Honeymoon top 3 best of the best!! 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

This Venezuelan Chef's star Japanese restaurant has better Japanese cuisine than I have ever tasted in any Japanese-run place. Everything is absolutely amazing and delicious from start to finish.

Our experience was excellent, we were really impressed, delicious food, reasonably priced and great service, what more could you wish for! I can't believe we've lived here for almost a year and never tried it before but we will definitely be regulars in the future!

Update; ordered to go food last night and it was terrible, the pork buns were inedible, very dry burnt meat, congealed sauce, hard cold buns, very disappointing, we live half a mile away and paid $5 delivery fee so it's just not acceptable!

Absolutely amazing restaurant. I had tried sushi a million times before and never liked it until I came to Kazumi. Very thankful to them for expanding my pallet. Everything on the menu is exquisite, you can never go wrong. The staff is amazing, very kind, attentive, and fast. Overall the food comes out super fast. Additionally, they are very flexible to alterations, so also great for those with allergies or picky eaters. No matter who you are, im confident you can find something you'll enjoy. Best sushi/Japanese restaurant I've ever tried anywhere.

Only one word comes to mind: incredible. Upon arriving, we were seated quickly and our waiter was very friendly. We ordered a couple of the rolls recommended to us by the waiter. They came out fast and fresh, very tasty. For dessert, ordered the fried Oreos which were very delicious. I highly recommend visiting Kazumi whenever you can.
