Far exceeded our expectations! Indoor or outdoor. Food was amazing. Waiter was great, prompt and helpful. Beautiful statues, a stream that adjoins the water works park and river walk. Decor was beautiful. Outdoor is dog friendly. Must get the bourbon butter cake! So yummy.

We were visiting and went here for the first time. I chose this place based on the reviews and menu. Pleased to say that it met my expectations.

The food was well seasoned and everything tasted great. I got the pompano which came with fried carrots - these were so good and added another layer of texture (crunchy component) to the dish. The green beans seasonal veg was cooked well. Oysters were fresh.

Make sure to get reservations if you can. We went Sunday night at around 7 pm and it was packed. We sat indoors but the weather was nice to sit outdoors too. Our table was close to the outdoor area by the river and felt it was a good location.

Our server was friendly and professional. He gave us recommendations for beverages. I wanted to try their brewed beers. Not usually a beer drinker but the porter converted me.

There was a ambience was marvelous and our server fantastic. Very accommodating. The calamari and charbroiled oysters were too salty for my taste the calamari was pretty lemony (I’d like try the raw oysters next time), but i’d really recommend the pompano, it was delicious! The three sister’s salad was okay. We also had the pineapple bread pudding which was a little heavy, but tasted good. The little one got mac and cheese and enjoyed it. Overall a lovely experience! They have valet for parking but other than that it is pretty hard to find parking on the weekends.

Cute place, good food, but very busy. We didn't wait long to get in, but even so there are things to do nearby. The only constructive criticism I had is that our food took a bit to come out and our server didn't really give us updates. I was also hoping for a little more on my salad than just a pile of lettuce, but the tuna was cooked perfectly.

Had the pleasure of spending three hours here for a welcoming party for my best friends wedding. The private back area outside where we could watch the sunset and listen to live music with our large group was spectacular! We had an abundance of amazing appetizers and signature cocktails that were mouthwatering and filling. The staff was amazing, friendly and fun. The smells from the open concept kitchen were to die for! I highly recommend this restaurant. They made our night truly magical and memorable! Thank you!

Honestly my favorite restaurant of all time. The folks at Ulele do it right. Whether it is surf, turf, or others, ingredients are strikingly fresh and of high quality. We have been here twice and each time every dish has been scrumptious and extremely well executed. We have never been even a bit disappointed.

Food is pricey, but not as bad as other restaurants of similar (but less consistently good) quality.

Cuisine is inspired by Seminole tradition. The atmosphere is en pont, located right near the scenic river walk, and sporting an upscale industrial vibe. Servers are knowledgeable, pleasant, and efficient.

Furthermore, Ulele brews its own beer and makes its own ice cream and condiments in house, and at a HIGH level! I Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this place. An overall great experience. I had the Seafood Risotto and the Jalapeno Corn Beer Muffins-- both a must try. Their portion sizes are great for the prices. I was not disappointed. Service was wonderful; Jacob was marvelous! Great place

The food here was spectacular! I got the fried calamari and the lobster roll. They put so much lobster in the rolls and I was very pleased. The fries were also fantastic. The calamari was one of my favorites (I get this dish usually from every restaurant that offers). My husband loved the wedge salad and chicken as well. Honestly just an amazing experience. Would love to come back here.

This was my first time at Ulele after hearing so much about it. It was busy on this particular night. My group met there for our annual book club celebration and what a great choice it was. The food was fantastic and well seasoned. There wasn’t one item I regret trying. I do want to mention that the price was a bit on the higher price point. So keep this in mind as you are making plans to eat there. The ambiance was fantastic and the service was fantastic. Our server was very helpful and offered great suggestions. We ate outside so I am not sure what the inside is like. I will certainly be back to try more items from the menu.

Was by myself and working in Tampa so a buddy referred this place. Had a great time. Bartender/waiter was an absolute gem, recommended the grouper with pilaf and proved out to be an excellent choice. Very happy with his ability to understand it was nice to talk to someone as I was alone. Had a host give me a tour and reserved a spot to watch the sunset next week and I'm really looking forward to it. This staff is phenomenal. Added a photo of my salad because I loved it.

Very fresh and delicious food! The Grouper special was amazing. The Barbacoa Shrimp was to die for. Great walking area and atmosphere as well.

Our server Billy is friendly. He is knowledgeable about the dishes they serve, and he gave us some history of how the restaurant is named. The price of the entrees can be pricey, but the taste is really good. There are seats outside the lawn, in door and upstairs. They even have 2 unisex bathrooms besides the regular women & men.

Ulele is a 5-star restaurant in my book. I've been to 5-star restaurants around the world in my life. The Food is Excellent and the Service is Excellent to the Valet.
I had the Chapino it was Excellent. The best I've ever eaten and my wife had the rib-eye steak it was delicious melt-in-mouth.
Deserts were outstanding.

This is one of the best meals I've had in a long time. Parking is kind of hard to find, we used the valet who work for tips. Also I'd highly recommend a reservation, there is some open seating and the bar is first come first serve.

The food is fantastic. The BLT appetizer is incredible. The carrots, corn muffins, and Fuego corn are incredible. The succotash is amazing. I don't even like anything in there but corn and it was so good it made me reevaluate it. The meatloaf is great and the pork shank is a work of art. Make sure you save room for dessert because the ice cream is made in house.

The best meal I have ever eaten. Everything we had from the fried green tomatoes to the pompano to the bourbon cake was exceptional. The staff are very accommodating, kind, and attentive. Even on a busy Saturday we were made to feel like VIP's. Highly recommended.

My family stopped at Ulele on our way from Disney World to Clearwater. Although it was a bit of a detour, I got a recommendation from my brother-in-law to try this place. All the food we ordered-seafood risotto, Ulele burger, Bourbon cake with ice-cream- was very fresh and delicious. In particular, the draft beer (the beer with the word ‘wedding’.. ) was the best I've ever had. And I was really satisfied with the service and atmosphere. Brandon was very friendly and professional. He was always attentive to our table and ready to help at any time. It was a truly satisfying dining!

I had a WONDERFUL experience at Ulele! The ambiance was so nice, not too crowded and loved the open dining concept. The service was amazing; quick and helpful. And the food?? I can't even begin to explain how every dish was made and seasoned to perfection!! I am looking forward to coming back very soon and can't wait to try other the other dishes!

Oh my goodness, you won't believe the amazing time my husband and I had celebrating our wedding anniversary at Ulele! We made an online reservation and were seated immediately. Our server, Emily, was absolutely fantastic and made our experience even more special. We indulged in oysters, seafood risotto, and the amazing meatloaf! We couldn't resist taking the incredible Keylime pie home with us - it was simply to die for!

Tampa should be proud to have Ulele and should protect it at all costs. Situated in the best pedestrian friendly environment in Tampa, the Florida food fare is in full force.

The Florida Pompano with sun dried tomato sauce and crawfish tails was an amazing dish, highlighted by the carrot “fries” which was the best side dish I’ve ever had. Nothing missed a beat on this plate, even the green beans were done spectacularly.

After our meal, we opted for the cookies and cream ice cream, which was a special dessert item that night. Highly recommend any flavor of ice cream it was simple and delicious.

The wait was quite long for 5:30, I would recommend getting there early and expect to walk around the area while you wait. We sat at the bar and had great service and even better food.
