AdventHealth Medical Group Obstetrics & Gynecology at Tampa

I moved from out of state and came to this practice almost 30 weeks into my first pregnancy. Appointments are always very quick and to the point. Katie is great, so are all the ladies that do labs and the front desk girls as well. Katie is very thorough and makes me feel comfortable during my appointments! The office is clean and quiet. They have a little table for the upcoming holiday coming up with decor, snacks, & water, which is so cute and welcoming. I appreciate them for being so nice and taking such good care of me and my baby!

The staff is great always helpful! This is my 4th pregnancy and this is the most comfortable I have ever felt! KATIE is an amazing NP!

The receptionists were nice kind trying to get implants is a different story if you are trying to get them you cannot be on Sunshine Health they do not take your insurance they will send you to Planned Parenthood which I believe is much better

All I can say is that the staff is nice, everything else is terrible. They NEVER answer the phone, you NEVER get a call back. The facility is old and outdated, you feel like you’re on an underground planned parenthood facility in the south Bronx. If you can find another place, I advise you do. If you’re pregnant you could probably get preeclampsia dealing with this place, that’s how frustrating it is.

They do not call back and the so called dr is not a dr she’s a midwife. I am a high risk pregnant women she did not want to transfer me to a high risk dr I felt like they was just trying to keep me there to get paid from my insurance company. There was times where I would go in for a appointment and the so called dr would do anything. If ur pregnant and want to have a healthy and stress free pregnancy do not go here they have no idea on what they are doing.

I have many frustrations with this place. Completely unorganized front desk. I have waiting over an hour for appointments. They’ve cancelled my appointment twice now without calling me. When I call I am placed on the phone for many many minutes. I do not recommend this practice.

I am a new patient I have been rescheduled 3 times because of “scheduling issues” I have spoke to the actual office to get it scheduled and every time it gets pushed back a month they don’t even try to do anything for you. This is so unprofessional and they are rude. I will be finding a new office since i can’t get an actual appointment that they will keep.

Worse experience I went for a pregnancy confirmation people was laughing the bathroom was super dirty I just think we all need to profesional have manners, not matter the situation the patient may be going thought the lady who did my ulstrasound just step away and asked the other co- worker so what do I say she is not pregnant if you are tech you do not this we go based on so many questions not manners I will never be back on this office did it and step away like nothing she keep saying I’m not pregnant the provider did not wanted to do any labs work to check the hormons level this office has not manners from all the ones that work there only Katherine the medical assistant medical fields today needs more respect we are all women’s we all can be in hard situation but this does not mean you tell a patient that they area not pregnant you check the patient out with not follow up office needa to be closed

Don’t recommend.. ever since they became advent health the quality went down hill.. I do not understand how you can cancel my appt and just tell me to reschedule like its nothing .. Don’t even waste your time smh

No appointments for two months out says Mrs.trisha is said who is the Director Horrible Customer Service

They are terrible calling back,being on top of calling patients for results higher management should get more involved in this

Terrifying experience

Pésimo lugar, esta es la quinta vez que me aplazan una cita para una prueba, pienso que son bien irresponsables porque una vez está bien, pero esta ya es la quinta, yo por mi parte no lo recomiendo
