My wife and I decided to raze the home we recently purchased and build a new one in its place. Andrew and his crew have been responsible for the demolition of the existing structure, removal of the debris, excavation for the new foundation, installation of the interior and exterior drainage tile and radon collector, installation of the Glavel base, backfill, and rough grading. I am a retired engineer with very high workmanship standards and have monitored the work very carefully every day. To summarize: We could not be happier with the work. My very high expectations have been exceeded on all counts. Andrew enjoys an excellent relationship with his highly skilled crew. They work extremely well as a team and their work ethic is very strong. Demolition was performed very intelligently in a manner to keep the debris field within the building footprint. It was a surgical operation rather than a brute-force attack. The house was razed in 4-hours. The foundation in a day. The work site was left very tidy at the end of each day. The crew showed up on time every day. The delays we experienced were due to a shortage of drivers for the dumpster delivery trucks which was outside the control of Marsh. The excavation operation was efficient and accurate. I measured the elevation of the compacted base to within +/- 1/2 inch of the target which I consider to be a great result. Not only did Andrew and the team perform the work very well, but Andrew also offered excellent advice on how best to design our drainage system in light of our unusual soil conditions. We were on vacation when the drainage system was installed. Andrew took photographs of each step so that I could continue to monitor the progress from Istanbul. The culture of Andrew's company is to make the customer happy. Even more appreciated by me was his willingness to offer his recommendations when he felt we were heading in the wrong direction. Many contractors are only concerned with completing their job and moving on to the next. Andrew and his team were most concerned with doing the job right.

The ultimate measure of a company, in my estimation, is how it treats its employees. Andrew treats everyone with respect and leads by example. It has been a great pleasure to work with him and we have been thrilled with the results.

Andrew and crew were great. Discussing the job Andrew had several pointers on how to stretch my dollar further. Had maybe 1/4 - 1/3 acre worth of big stumps cleared, area graded and a section with fabric and playground mulch put down. Response time was excellent, job was done well. Next project I’ll happily use Marsh X Development again.

Andrew and his crew were fantastic. I hired him on to install 2 retaining walls and I couldn't be happier. It was a difficult to access area on a steep, muddy hill but somehow they pulled it off! He provided clear advice and reasoning for the project design and the associated timeline then the execution came out exactly as planned. 100% would recommend to anyone.

Andrew and his team did a wonderful job on our recent home project. They arrived on time and completed the job on schedule, with an explanation of the day's work goals and progress provided at the start and end of each day. I am an avid gardener with plants everywhere in my yard and despite there being three large machines being used at once, not a single plant was damaged in the whole process. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
