She made me realize some options I was missing that made the style of my recliner so much better for me in the long run. I’m super happy with my purchase and can’t wait till it arrives.

Very professional crew, our sales associate was Madeline and she took the time with us even after the store close. She showed us the materials, the advantages of each fabric and/or leather, the special characteristics of the recliners we were interested in, we are very happy with what we bought and the fact that they are made in the USA it is a plus. Great store to shop.

Frustrated that orders from the website could not be delivered to our zip code, I called the Miami store to order an item. Annette was wonderfully helpful, friendly and even texted me photos of cover samples in her store to help me decide. Very much appreciate being treated in such a nice, professional manner!

I live in Illinois and needed help long distance selecting furniture & an area rug prior to my move to a Florida condo. Annette was extremely helpful with this process. She sent me pricing, pictures of sample room settings and an assortment of coordinating area rugs so I could pick. We did get my sofa ordered, the smaller items can be done later. She gave me so many ideas, lots to think about. All done by email, she was terrific. We will be in touch.

The service is excellent! Very nice selection of furnitures and best of all you can customize colors and certain features. There is a large variety of fabric to choose from. They provide free design services. The designer from the Flagler store has a great design style.

I recently visited the Doral Lazy Boy store in search of a power lift recliner. They were having a sale and I feared I wouldn't be able to get fast help. I was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful customer service I received. All of my questions and concerns were taken care of quickly. Needless to say, I found the recliner I wanted and needed. I would definitely recommend this store. It was a great experience.

Excellent service, look for their specials are great! Sales representative was polite, professional and informative. The quality of their recliners is the best and in stock they deliver within 3 days.

I like your products and service, but I'm very upset that I could not pick up my chair at your warehouse, but MUST HAVE IT DELIVERED ONLY! Especially when the delivery cost is $100.00. I think I even asked to pick up at store later, but this is not right for $100.00.
I spent over$1300.00 for only 1 recliner, and I CAN'T pick it up?!!!
Come on, this is not right, and I even wonder if you can lawfully not give me a choice. I will find out, but too late to cancel order this late. Being delivered mid day Friday. :(
