Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant

I personally have to give them 5 stars. I just came here from Lakeland, GA (China One) and they RUINED American-Chinese for me to the point I haven't had any in almost 2 years. My experience with this place in particular was EXCELLENT. Food was fresh, the General TSO's was not chewy, and the rice was cooked perfectly. Heck, I could even taste the lemon spritzed on the rice and that is RARE. Not sure what the bad reviews are about, some of these people should go visit Lakeland, Georgia and eat their American-Chinese food. Well, you probably shouldn't. It would completely ruin your taste buds and make you hate everything about it.

Great food, great variety. This place was my introduction to Chinese Food, and I visit it often. It's family owned, and you can tell they work hard. I love the kung po chicken myself, but the whole menu is extraordinarily good.

Great place the family has been in bartow for years I've literally watched the kids grow up working there and the food never disappoints😀

I've ordered the Hunan chicken lunch special twice. First time it was perfect... asked for spicy and got it. Second time ask for spicy and didn't get it, but still the ingredients are good quality and the order was prepared on time. Definitely in my top five of places to get takeout in Bartow.

One great thing about Hong Kong is that they do not use MSG. I can order and be confident I will not have a reaction. I am not sure, because I haven't asked, if the egg rolls are MSG free, thinking they are not made in house, though not sure, my wife eats them. Great food.

Not bad for a quick eat!!! Food was very good, great for take out. I ate there, and they only have a couple of tables. Service was good, and the place although being older was very clean. I would go again!! Sure beats fast food!!!

Each item we ordered was made soon as we ordered . Nothing was pre made. Delicious. The Fried Rice wasn't dried out .We recieved everything piping hot .

Been 10 years had the fried dumplings. Just like the old times. Glad to see the same people still here and the little girl is an adult now.

If you want fancy, go somewhere else. If you're hungry, go here. My office has been getting lunches from these folks for years. Always good, healthy portions, amazing price. I order on the app and they're bagging it when I get there.

This is the ONLY GREAT CHINESE FOOD IN BARTOW and the next 30 mile radius...fresh and lunch is great for the price 😋 😀 👍

I have always loved the food. Been getting food for a few years now. Can't say that i have a lot of complains.

Really great price for lunch and the food tasted great. I would definitely recommend this for those of us who eat on the fly with sawdust in our beards.

Aside from hibachi buffet this is the only Chinese food I eat at. By choice. I do not like what I usually order anywhere else. This place may be small and may not look like a 5 star restaurant but the food is deffinately 5 stars, every time.

The portions are large and the quality of the food is consistently good. There are a couple of tables if you want to eat inside, but this is really a takeout restaurant.
