As a property manager I have used FLA Evictions over the year. Charlotte was amazing!! Charlotte took care of the evictions making the process easy, efficiently and much faster than I expected. You have to be so careful with all the document, it really pays to have a pro do it. Every time I Needed to take care of an eviction, Charlotte was always available, knowledgeable, very helpful and friendly. With Charlotte's help I am able to wash my hands of the whole mess and let her take over. Charlotte provides a peace of mind she knows exactly what to do to get the job done.
