visiting the office since many years and got always the proper treatment. I also get my annual checkup with Doctor Fernandez and she always explains me properly what is good or bad. Happy patient :)

Terrible Medical establishment , understaffed and the few staff members when there are very incompetent. Office staff never answers the phone or return important calls . Coral Gables office staff member are the ones returning calls.
Some of the Doctors should go back to medical school and lean the importance of following up with patients.

There are never any doctors here! I've gone twice in pretty bad shape and had to drive else where after being told tough luck each time!... Really hard to do with a high fever. The idea of having a doctor in Key Biscayne is great but not when it's just a show!!

Horrible service! I have been calling them for the past two weeks and I haven’t received any response back!! I would not recommend this place at all!

Impossible to get an appointment. When you are sick, you have to wait months to see someone. When you have test results done, nobody calls you with results..

Poor and burocratic service
