Coastal Diesel & Performance

Just purchased a turbo from coastal Diesel dealt with Darren. I was kind of in a bind I needed it overnighted air mail this guy jumped through hoops trying to get me my turbo on time he is very honest very helpful and all about the customer service. It was all around good experience The shipping part of it was not his fault it did come in a day late but he sat at his shop until 9:00 at night when I'm sure he closes around 5:00 waiting on UPS to show up once it did show up the following morning he actually drove the turbo to me. I will definitely be going back there for any of my diesel parts I will need in the future. If you are looking to support a local business or just have good customer service and actually deal with somebody that knows what they are talking about this is the place and Darren is the guy.i would give them 10 stars if possible.

If you need anything this is the place to go. I got a set of injectors from Darren . Is after about 4000 Miles my truck started blowing white smoke. I'm not sure if it was my Turbo or the injectors But I asked Darren if he could send the injectors back just to get them tested. He sent them out and I got them back in about a week and a 1/2 And haven't had any issues since I'm thinking it was probably my Turbo. But he had no problem sending them back to get them checked the customer service he provides is outstanding. I'm extremely happy and will definitely be doing more business with him.
