AT&T Store

I went into this location earlier today to upgrade my phone, even though this isn't the closest location. My husband and I previously had a wonderful experience with Israel and wanted to return. I was greeted right as I walked in and met Mac. I was there for 2 hours and even ended up leaving with an iPad Pro when I originally just came in for the iPhone 15 Pro Max. He was patient with all of my questions and hands down the best customer experience I have ever had. Joshua and Mac were back and forth making sure everyone was greeted right away. Safe to say this will be the store my family and I will only go to. Mac, thank you for being you!

Great experience at this location. I have upgraded phones twice in the last five years and gotten lucky enough to have the same sales representative who was great to work with. He made everything very simple and answered all of our questions. He was very professional and trustworthy throughout the entire process. Thanks Mac for your help! Highly recommend.

Greeted as soon as I stepped in the door, knowledgeable helpful support with a smile. Josh my usual guy was busy so Mac stepped in and was just as good. I live in Sanford now but still come back to this store as they are the best

This is the 2nd time I had a great experience at the AT&T store in Port Orange. The staff is courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Kudos to Mac for taking care of us promptly & providing excellent customer service.

We live in New Smyrna Beach, but go to the AT&T store in Port Orange because the New Smyrna Beach staff is rude and technically inept.

I came into the store yesterday to upgrade to a IPhone 15. Although there was some wait time I was very very happy with my experience. Mac was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He was efficient and I walked out with a beautiful new I phone 15. I will always use Port Orange AT&T for any future purchases. Thanks Mac.

Went in to upgrade to iPhone 15 pro max. Mac was very helpful and knowledgeable. And answered all my questions in detail. Good experience!

Waited only a few minutes to be seen. Quan helped us (my son and I). He was professional and polite. We were able to do what we needed and are very happy with our experience.

On 10/09 I finally decided to upgrade my phone. I came to the AT&T store in Port Orange because I personally hate going to authorized retailer stores. Jamal made the experience very easy which was a challenge due to my old iPhone becoming a landline phone (needing to stay plugged in or would the battery would die). Jamal was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and VERY patient!!! My phone died a few times but Jamal was able to figure out a solution and get all of my data transferred. Jamal was also able to educate me on ways to save money using first net which is something that was never offered to me before even when I asked about it in the past at other stores. Thank you Jamal for all of your help!

Angel was so helpful me and my mom came in to get me added onto her plan and he helped us save money and get the best plan that we could got me set up with a brand new iPhone 15 super patient with us really kind got us set up on newer Wi-Fi than what we had before and just was overall really helpful with the whole process and with saving us as much money as possible

Every time I need help with my iPhone, watch or iPad, I go to this store…..they are the best (and are a corporate store, unlike some of the “Authorized dealer” stores. The people in this store KNOW THEIR STUFF! I usually deal with Josh, because he’s been there a long time, and has never steered me wrong, he has lays been honest with me when I ask for help or his opinion on what I should buy! The others who I have dealt with have ways been very good, but as I did, Josh knows me, and is TOTALLY HONEST with me (he has NEVERA tried to sell me something I don’t need, or pushed the higher priced items….i HAVE had problems with a couple of the “authorized dealer” store in the past!

Mac went over and beyond to help me with my account after I experienced a great loss. I appreciate his customer service attitude that is missing these days.

My iphone was lost or stolen on August 28. It was in a phone/case wallet, Someone tried to make purchases on my credit cards. I have used AT&T for many years.
The very next day, I went to the Port Orange AT&T Store at the Pavilion. My life was contained in that phone!! I was. NOT able to transfer the photos, contacts or any of my data because I had not made a list of my Apple ID or kept it current & in a safe place along with my app passwords. I was extremely Fortunate “Ponce” was working that Day. He was welcoming, professional, patient as he set about getting me back on touch. Not knowing my Apple ID, caused me to wait for two weeks to received the text that I could download my info from the iCloud. As Ponce had directed, I took my phone to Ponce. He patiently helped by restoring all of my files. Ponce was so supportive & helpful! He could have just given me basic info, but he did not! I
Am most grateful. He treated me like an honored family member. I Thank Ponce for going the extra measure mile to get me back in communication!!!

I just wanted to comment that this AT&T store is exceptionally well managed with professional service from start to finish. Our sales rep, Ponce, was very knowledgeable, personable and patient. The store manager, Israel, is definitely on his game making sure everyone is being helped in a prompt, respectful and efficient manner and he's got some cool kicks, too! I highly recommend this AT&T location.

Awesome service. I was greeted the moment I entered the door. We were signed in and told we would have a little wait so our expectations were set. Mac helped us today and he was very attentive. Kristina helped us last week and the same great service. I will not go anywhere else for my cell service needs.

The staff is amazing! Super friendly, helpful, and treats their customers with respect and professionalism. I’ve been going to this store for years, and it’s usually Kristina who helps me out. She is extremely knowledgeable, and explains everything very clearly. Highly recommend this store for any AT&T assistance you may need!

Today I went in to add a cellular data plan for my iPad and had a great experience! Mac helped walk me through the different plans and options. He was attentive and the process went smooth and quickly. Sam also was there to answer any extra questions. I am extremely happy to have received the customer care I did today and the services needed. I will make sure to come back to this location for any other services needed!

The technician Josh was extremely helpful and quite patient. My visit ended up taking longer than usual due to the fact that all of my passwords were stored in my old phone which was broken, hence my reason for being there. I couldn’t for the life of me remember my Apple ID and password so Josh had to use his own personal phone to call Apple customer service as well as download the Apple App while an Apple representative guided us through changing my password. Josh remained pleasant and professional the entire time! He definitely made my experience with AT&T a memorable one! Once again, thank you Josh and please keep that magnetic smile and positive vibe going!

Israel was hands down the best. Not only did he multitask flawlessly, he kept the store moving and grooving! He was personable, professional, and exactly what you want in an employee/manager. The transparency he gave to me and every customer was something you do not get often. When I come back for future business I hope to get him again! I was also blown away with how he was able to handle customers people would classify as unpleasant. I am very please with my visit!
