Everyone always great there .. have been using this store for many years.. workers always kind personable & knowledgeable.. I’ve had them pack a couple of times for me when items being sent are precious & pricey - total perfection & arrives on time & perfect condition. This store staff is THE BEST!!

Absolutely wonderful experience! I got there early with my Amazon returns. It was rough because I had three returns and don't know what is what. They helped me get my labels printed and were super patient with me. I got there a little after they opened at 9 am. I was dreading going here. And, I forgot to ask her name but the new girl is awesome! Thanks for the great service and your help today!!!

Absolutely professional and went above and beyond. Helped me with figuring out and maximizing my value on shipping a large set of dishes. Very good to work with and would return to this store.

Tried this UPS Store after having an awful experience at the NSB location. Everything went quickly and smoothly. Couldn't ask for more.

The folks here are super awesome! Took the time to help me find the most convenient place to ship my pkg to someone who needed to pick it up rather than have it delivered to a house. And it arrived safely and on time which was crucial because it was important documents that had already been lost in transit by FEDEX and had to be replaced. THANKS UPS!!

I placed an online order for printing and drove over immediately to pick it up. I didn't realize it's normally a 24-48 hour turnaround time but when I got there the worker called his superior and was able to complete my order immediately. His store hadn't even received the order when I walked out 10 minutes later I had my 80 pages bound and covered in hand. Excellent customer service.

They were awesome and super helpful and Tim and Will got me situated with my amazon return were I have never done a amazon return and I would give them 10 stars if I could. Definitely go there if you want real customer service. 👌

I visited the UPS Store within the last six months to mail a package and I thought the service was great. The store happened to be very busy at the time but the two employees working at the time did a great job of taking care of people in a timely and efficient manner and we very pleasant and accomodating.

Excellence every time! If you need a notary it can be scheduled on their website. We have shipped many packages, letters and have even had our Vehicle VIN notarized here. Great staff always helpful and positive.

I was in and out in 5 min. Very fast. I was sending a return package to amazon.

We used UPS suite during construction an closing of our house. Great job an service all around. Had large an small pkgs sent to our suite number just as it would to a home address. The an all personnel were very knowledgeable an professional. Thank you all.

Just now around 3:20pm May 15th 2018 a gentleman dropped of a huge box and I have a crowded entryway. I went out to ask if he needs it signed and he said no. I told him to throw the box in the lawn and he insisted that I put it in the garage because its going to rain. Very considerate and decent carrier, has a heart. I opened the garage and he put the box in the garage.

This is by far the best UPS store ive been to. I have a small business and ship out dozens of boxes a year. I've been to a few dozen different UPS store. Most are decent to good. This store is awesome!
