The place is so beautiful and everything is impeccable, from the drinks to the food everything is absolutely delicious and on time 👌🏼
Our server Ana is adorable, she served us kindly and solved my doubts about the dishes and told us which are her favorites 🫶🏼

Nice medium to small size Italian restaurant with a vast menu of wines and cocktail options! We ordered a few appetizers and main entrees and all plates were flavorful and well portioned . We had an issue with one of the apps that the manager Kevin and server Helen quickly resolved! The service was exceptional and I would definitely dine there again and try some of their other items! Side note there is parking in between the buildings if your able to find it that is for Mi Italia that is not street parking!

We had an incredible meal. The food was very flavorful from the veal meatballs to the lemon tart for dessert. The bartender knocked it out of the park with our Stromboli sunrise and the Lemon Queen cocktail is a must. All that with Marianna’s great service made for an overall great date night. She made great recommendations, was on top of your food with the kitchen, and over all very attentive.

First time here. Really enjoyed our dinner. Started out with the beef carpaccio. My wife had the truffle filet and I had the lasagna. Finished the dinner with tiramisu and the hazelnut Gelato. Our server Brian was friendly and attentive. Will definitely return. Wonderful evening.

Arguably the best italian restaurant in Coral Gables. The atmosphere is very modern but cozy. The half-chicken is to die for, and the desserts are outstanding (especially the lemon cake). 100% recommended.

We are from Los Angeles and we found this place by chance! The food was incredible. The restaurant decor is classic. But the best part of the whole experience was Manuel. This gentleman made us feel so welcomed. His demeanor was so inviting and charming. He brought an old school approach to service that we’ve since lost it seems. You’ll see what I’m talking about when you come here!

The restaurant has a very bright and edgy vibe, would recommend for a dinner. The service is amazing, the food came out promptly and the presentation was very nice. From my experience our waiter Joey, recommended the “whipped ricotta toast” as well as the meatballs and they were so good, im not a huge ricotta fan but the honey and pepper flakes were 🤌🏻. Joey was very friendly, attentive, and met all our needs making our dining experience very enjoyable!

Great meal! and our server Mariana was really good. Definitely coming back.

Our waiter Helen was amazing in explaining everything on the menu. She was patient in taking everyone's orders and clarifying any questions anyone in my party had. What a great attitude!

For food start with the whipped ricotta toast, the mussels were amazing, calamari, fried artichoke and mushrooms. The olives were delicious as well.

For entree try the following:

Duck confit + pumpkin 🦆
Scallop + pesto ravioli

The team was very accommodating in modifying any dishes for dietary restrictions.

For dessert try the chocolate cake, tiramisu and Nutella bread pudding. 🍰

Overall a great restaurant with tasty food, great ambiance and excellent service.

Manuel was an amazing server. Exactly how you want to be treated and more! The food was fantastic all around. I even got a delicious mocktail with fruits and ginger beer to enjoy. Decor was very welcoming. Definitely recommend the place but the service from Manuel made it that much better.

Food was delicious! Came for dinner tonight and we sat outside. Such a nice atmosphere and the food was so fresh and flavorful. Manuel our server was amazing. He was so accommodating with us sitting outside and set us up with a fan and a bottle of water immediately. He even recommended us an appetizer which was my favorite by the way - Whipped Ricotta Toast with prosciutto. The restaurant’s interior design is so beautiful too. I have sat inside before, but my fiancé and I wanted to enjoy some fresh air this evening. Definitely recommend coming here for AMAZING Italian food.

Totally impressed by the quality of our meal service and ambiance of Mi'talia Kitchen. We had several dishes liked the whipped ricotta toast, steak carpaccio, parppadelle bolognese all superb. Is worth mentioning that the pasta and sauces as well as the limoncello are all made in-house.
The service was prompt and friendly to go w the over all feeling that we were more than just guest but part of big Italian Kitchen.

Great Happy Hour at the bar. Half off all cocktails! My Cousin Vinny was my favorite. Mussels and Pesto Pizza are a must. Manuel was awesome behind the bar. He gave great suggestions and adjusted my drink to be a little less sweet which is always appreciated. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful brunch/lunch at Mi'talia. The food was delicious. My kids really loved the charcuterie and mushrooms and artichoke heart as well as their deserts (tirmasu and almond cake with pistachio ice cream). Thanks to Genesis for the excellent service!

Environment was nice and calm, food was delicious. We sat at the bar and Manuel was amazing and suggested to order the ricotta toast, kale salad, mussels, spicy rigatoni vodka. Everything on point and delicious!
