Fisherman's Cove Mobile Home Park

The two people who wrote the bad reviews about this community were apparently just angry about something. I believe most residents in this community would agree that it is a very peaceful place to live and everyone gets along. This the the best community I have ever lived in and the residents are wonderful! Tina and Rick Wood are wonderful managers. I have never had an issue with Tina or Rick and they go above and beyond helping their community and residents. Fisherman’s cove is a wonderful place to live and I plan on staying here for a very long time. The community is well kept and I feel very safe here. I finally found a place to call home!

We've been here now for 6 months, living 3. Tina Wood is exceptional. Her professionalism, park knowledge and her amazing personality..we love her! ❤ She's made it a point to invite us to community events and introduce us to our community neighbors. We wanted to make sure that all involved know just how valuable our amazing Manager is. Shout out to all board members, another group of amazing individuals! Rick Wood..You The Man!!

I've lived here at Fisherman's Cove Retirement Community for three and a half years. I'm a Florida resident but have decided to retire to Dade City. I love my Fisherman's Cove community! Lots of fun activities and amazing neighbors. Our Park Manager, Tina Wood is wonderful and always helpful to our residents. When you talk to your neighbors and everyone has the same positive opinion and appreciation of the property manager, you can pretty much bet this would be a nice place to live!

A quite restful place to live. Small only 100 homes but we'll maintain and access to a lake with great fishing. It has a pier and a gazebo that is scribing at the end plus alot of activities

Beautiful park, homes are well-maintained and the pool/clubhouse overlooks a lake.

We like going over to my parents and grandparents house to visit and enjoy the club house which has a pool and things to do.
