The staff are polite, professional, and honest. Turn around times for their work are usually quite fast. Their inventory is always well stocked with beautiful pieces. I had a great experience with South Miami Jewelers. I brought in a watch for repair, several rings to resize and other jewelry that needed special care. They were prompt and the work was brilliant. We are very happy with their work. And it's fun to check out their beautiful displays of fine jewelry.

Everyone in the store was super helpful. Geoffrey first day helped me and my lady find the perfect piece for her! He helped me find the best discounts and placed the item on hold. When I came in to pick it up I was immediately taken care of. And when I told them I brought more $ for more jewelry they helped me find a perfect pairing piece for a great rate. On top of that they generously gave me a travel jewelry organizer and some nice pouches as well. Definitely will be returning for more purchases in the future!

They notified me when everything was ready for pick up. When I arrived I was greeted. They brought out my items and made sure everything was in order.
