I went to Best Buy today on the way to Florida for vacation because my phone just absolutely stopped working. Aaron helped me get a new phone and set it up for me. He was absolutely fantastic and had great customer service. So thankful for him helping me and being patient while my daughter was cranky and tired. Wish I could give him 6 stars.

Always helpful at this location. Went to purchase an over the air antenna for TV broadcasts. They had what I needed and checked out. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. What a pleasant shopping experience and the antenna works great.

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff.
I was in need of a new device for home and NFP use. I wanted a tablet but I prefer the capability of a laptop. I told the young man what I needed and what I was going to use it for. He immediately directed me to several different small laptops that met my needs. It was also on sale for a large discount which made it even better.
Bottom line:
They were very busy as it was the day before VSU fall semester. They made sure I had what I needed and answered all of my questions. The team worked together to get me taken care of. I will return to this location.

The store is trying really hard to hang in there in the face of online competition from Amazon & others and they're doing a pretty good job of it. There seems to be plenty of staff, so when I had a question, I didn't have a hard time finding someone to ask. That's important to me, since I can't always trust reviews online. I also like to purchase something and walk out with it instead of waiting several days (sometimes weeks) for it to ship, so I will usually try Best Buy first.

Very helpful and friendly. No issues with being able to price match on eligible items. Pick up in store is very quick and I am usually in and out within 5 to 10 minutes.

Best Buy supplies all the electronics we use at our small business.

We came in looking to purchase a new TV since ours stop working. This lovely young lady was so sweet and kind who helped us find the perfect TV. She was so helpful and if you happen to go into this best buy you should ask for Cam. She is the best and because of her customer service we will definitely shop here in the future.

I shopping at Best Buy for my laptops, printers and getting Geek Squad to check my electronics I buy from here.

Worked with Andrew to identify the best computer for our needs. He was patient, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. After all the options, we got the computer and will have it shipped to our location. We appreciate the time he took with us twice to get this done.

Great store and very helpful staff. If they don't have it they can get it quickly. I have bought several things in store as well as had it shipped to home within a day. They also price matched any local stores the last time I was in there and bought a new tv.

Showed up fairly late in the evening with a large list, and found Eric in Geek Squad ready to chase everything down. He gathered everything, got me checked out quick and even helped load it up. Fridge, TV, Keurig and some other items. Great job!

While driving through the area, I was looking for a very specific product. I had a good experience at this store location due to the sales associate (RJ) - he was very helpful and patient.

These guys were extremely polite and patient with me. It took about an hour to figure out why the computer was not letting me purchase a tv after returning a previous one to pay the difference, and they couldn’t have been more professional. They figured it out and got me on my way!

I thought the customer service here was great. I was greeted immediately and directed to the laptops. Once there another employee helped me choose a laptop that met my needs and purchase it right there. I was in and out in 20 minutes. To make it even better I happened to notice a price drop occur on what I bought so I called and was immediately given a refund for the difference no problems at all. Definitely will make me consider checking Best Buy for a lot more than I used to.
