CVS customer service is excellent and effective. I am in and out at checkout and can always get cs on the isles when looking for a specific product.

I paid for a prescription to be delivered last sunday. That never happened in no fault of my own. Therefore, I had to go into CVS today to solve the problem. The store manager and the wonderful lady in the pharmacy are very helpful, apologized for the inconvenience and got me in my medication without any further payment needed thank you

Honestly everyone complaining doesn’t understand how a Pharmacy works. They’re hard working people and my experience has been all around pleasant in terms of customer service. Considering it’s the only 24/7 pharmacy, there’s high demand and volume that CVS corporate needs to acknoledge— but the problem has never been with the staff. Good job to the people who still work there after all this.

This was the best experience I could of had today. My brother was released from SGMC today. He has a heart condition, and after the other drug stores were closing early, it was a great relief, to go to this store and get his medicine without any problems. Hats off to them for great customer service, and the caring💯💯💯
