The store manage here doesn't give me BS and seems pretty knowledgeable on majority of the products in the store. Everyone here is usually pretty helpful and their patience for customers question and assistant is usually spot on. I, nor my wife has ever had a bad experience here and I would recommend to those looking for a pretty good alternative for supplements and questions on what you're buying

A Male working here went about laughing at my question, smugly answering started to mansplain an item that he had no real information on. The staff is pushed to scale certain items that are way over priced over items that have the same basic ingredients for less money. I asked about a product by name, was told they didnt sale it, asked for a similar product with similar ingredients was told they didnt have, husband picked it up off the shelf less than a minute later asked what about this? Products listed online are not in stores even if online states they are only sold in store. Horrible employee.

Horrible experience the one time I visited this location. The Blonde woman, I think the manager, was extremely rude. She all but refused to sell me the items that I wanted because "she knew better". I found out 10 minutes after leaving that the items she was trying to pedal were the ones they got commission for that day. The woman also made a rude comment to another customer about how "these college kids come in here with mommy and daddy's money and don't care what they get," talking about myself. I could go on and on about this topic but I was in shock to say the least. This woman that has never seen the inside of a gym in her entire life had the audacity to tell customers what they are and are not allowed to buy, while being extremely rude for no reason. Shop anywhere but this location. I have never been mad enough to leave a review for any place ever, so this should mean something.

I get here 10 minutes before opening, because I' m in a hurry. It's 10 minutes after opening and still not open. So I'm going to to go to the other location but I call first to make sure they have what I need, no answer they are not open either. Nice way to run a business.
