A week before Christmas and the store is neat and stocked. Staffing seemed adequate with registers around the store open. I’m no fashion guru, but the store looked to have current styles and reasonable prices.

Wonderful experience. Pleasant interaction with store staff. Excellent quality clothing.

They had exactly what I was looking for at a good price the sales lady was very professional and knowledgeable.

Belk is the best department store in the Valdosta area. They definitely have a higher quality of items to offer. Not like the mass produced stuff you find at Kohl's.

Very nice to go into a business and hear my I help you for a change! See a smile and get a thank you when done. Prices were great. Ran into one issue on the floor ask for a manager and promptly got one with a smile on there face. Great, great great!!

Always plenty to choose from. Decent prices and glad to see its surviving compared to some of the other stores.

Ordered online for pickup and got an extra 10% off. Who wouldn't want to save money by not needing to browse in-store during these crazy times?!

I walked right up to the in-store pickup area, it took less than a minute to get my purchases, and I was back to the car. Great prices on my purchases followed by quick and easy service. I love Belk!

I had a really hard working sales girl. Everything in there was well organized and friendly helpers. My only negative a great bit of the sales merchandise was very cheap looking, not much quality. Best quality items with reputable history greatly over priced.

Good customer service is rare, therefore, I would be remiss if I didn't mention Ms Tonya in the shoe dept. She is so sweet she makes my heart sing. So helpful and knows exactly where to direct you. Beautiful smile.

Absolutely lovely staff. I went for a fragrance today so my concentration was in that area. Beautifully displayed items allows you to enjoy a fulfilling experience. Belk has quality upscale drygoods, Homewood, small appliances, a fantastic shoe department, and clothing for every need. Truly wonderful shopping experience. You'll enjoy. Today I found numerous finds at a creatively reduced price. Very nice quality. Lovely experience. 😍

I like Belks. Happened upon a really good sale of baking items. I got a few bakings sheets of excellent quality for a great price. Store is so much cleaner than my visit from a year ago!

I love Macy's. I have a $1100 credit line with them. Belk is my Macy's in the country I guess it's the next best thing. They won't extend me any credit but I still shop there like I have some. Special edition bubble gum perfume for my little girl in a pink teddy bear bottle. Get you one while supplies last!! All little girls should smell like this!!

This store is bigger than I thought. Anyways I went here for a seasonal job fair, and had two interviews in the same day. There are some nice people who work here . Though I didn't get the job, they sent me a nice email explaining to me that someone else more experienced than me was picked, and that they were impressed with my interview, said I can try again in the future. Which I probably will. Very nice to meet Lance, and the manager, but I forgot her name.

The sales girl in the jewerly department was very helpful and kind. She saw that I was stressing over choosing jewelry pieces to match some tops that I had bought. She asked me if she could help with making some selections. I really appreciated her exceptional customer service. I left a Happy customer.
