I had been working with Lynn to find a home for over a year. She was great. She sent me lots of listings and was very accommodating by showing us the houses we were interested in very quicklu. Unfortunately a listing popped up when she was out of town. We didn't want to miss out. Tom graciously stepped up to show us the home and helped move things along in a somewhat complicated probate closing. We closed relatively quickly in what could have been a long drawn out process.
