This is my absolute first stop for most hardware supplies. The staff is always very friendly and attentive. Plus the prices are not that much different from the big box chain stores. Shop Local.

Only place to find American made 1/4 pegboard on the Southside. Good prices and EXCELLENT customer service. My first time in the store, but was out the door and loaded in my truck in less than 5 minutes!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Faster and easier trip than going to the big-box hardware store in my area. I’ll definitely be stopping by more often.

I visited today to get a lamp repaired. I figured I'd have to leave it for a couple of days, but was pleasantly surprised when Tyler began repairing the lamp no longer than a couple of minutes after It's entered the store! Incredibly, it only took him a few more minutes to finish switching out the switch for a new one and testing it. Great job! Thanks guys😁

Unbeatable customer service. I’ve had a nightmare experience ordering insulation from local box stores. I ended up placing my bulk order through Gill-Roy’s because they had the best price and time frame for what I wanted. Everyone was so helpful over the phone, and loading my truck. 10/10 no notes.

Everybody is great who works at Gil-Roy's! They are very welcoming and make you feel at home. I just went there today; they helped get everything I needed and gave my small dog plenty of attention, she loved it. Thanks to all!!

After renting a local U-Haul, I went across the boulevard to pick up few things at the local hardware store, this one called, "Gill-Roys."
The moment I drove up, a nice fellow immediately greeted my dog, then myself. His name was 'Wayne Fowler' and believe me, this is the kind of hands-on service that you only DREAM of, just like in "The Good Old Days," I expect. This store had everything you could ever need, and he knew exactly where to find it. Before I left, both he and the super nice cashier 'Amy Jeffcoat' were not only simply employees, but FRIENDS. The best shopping experience, ever.

This Hardware store is special, they have everything. Most hardware or lawn equipment I would buy on Amazon will come unassembled, but at Gill-Roy's the same items are already assembled. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!👌

It is a nightmare to go to the larger hardware store here since it is adjact to one of the busiest intersections in town. I choose to shop here when I need something for the house. The employees are helpful and you can find several people to assist you on all aisles. Their prices seem fair, although you can of course opt to save a bit elsewhere but you may have to wait for it to be shipped. For me, this is a way better experience over Ace or Home Depot.

They always have what I need. They may not have 10 of everything to choose from, but you won't wander the aisles like a lost puppy like you do at the big box stores. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Love this place.

Whatever you are looking for and can't find, this place will have it! They have everything you can think of and then some. Was trying to find some screws that Home Depot and Lowes didn't carry well Gil Roy's Hardware had them and plenty of them. They also carry Yeti of every kind including Dog Dish!

one of the last places that actually stock the unusual stuff. If you are a problem solver, they probably have your part. If your looking for the best price, go ahead and spend/waste hours on line searching. If you want or need something NOW, so you can complete or repair your project, they will likely have what you need to solve your problem.

Brad was very knowledgeable and his customer service was a 10 out of 10. I was looking for a part and Brad pointed me right to it then added value in letting me know what else I might need to complete my project.
