Had absolutely the best experience with Sanese! She is so helpful, cheerful, and genuine. My new apartment is spotless and gorgeous and I can’t wait to live here for the coming years!!

Sanese was a super great leasing consultant she made the application process very smooth and clarified all my questions. She was above and beyond in giving me a proper tour to vision my stay at The Oaks and I really appreciate her for that. Also she explained all the hiring process and fees exceptionally well and enough for me to understand completely!

I have been living at The Oaks for about 4 years and call it my home. It’s been a great location for me and my family. I have always appreciated the hospitality of my neighbors and The Oaks management staff especially Miss Kaity Yates Community Manager. Miss Yates has been my primary support regarding any concerns and/or needs. The Oaks staff has always been very professional and respectful anytime I needed anything. I am very appreciative of everything The Oaks has been for me and my family especially my little guy (pet cat) Bo. Thank you to everyone at The Oaks Apartments.

I had a very pleasant experience here at the Oaks when coming to view an apartment. Sanese was very helpful, friendly and had a great attitude.

Sanese was awesome and informed us on everything we needed to know before moving in and let us have a tour right when we got there! The apartment we looked at was very nice!

Have been living here for two years now. I love how dog friendly this community is, with the big dog park where my pup loves to sniffle. Yes, there was a boiler issue when I first moved in, but that was fixed within the same day. Several AC issues have been addressed within a few hours. Especially when I mention my pup being distressed due to the heat, they always make sure to fix it ASAP. After an apartment fire, management really went above and beyond to help us find alternatives within the property, and Kaitlyn was a saint, answering numerous calls and emails. She deeply cares and always makes sure I feel heard. Even if she can’t fix it right away, she makes the time to listen and tries to come up with a solution. It might not be the most modern complex, but it is quiet, green, and a friendly community.

My experience with Sanese was great. She was very kind, and resolve all the issues I was having with my place.

I recently moved here; the rooms are spacious, and they look so nice on the inside! I had a great experience moving in; Mollie was extremely helpful getting me settled. She actually helped me so that I could move in early, since my precious lease ended before the original move-in date. She was so kind and patient with all of my questions! I am thankful that I found this place, and happy that I worked with Mollie!

I’m going on my 3rd year here and honestly changed my view on apartments. The management is so easy and quick to deal with, along with maintenance as well. The community itself is nice and quiet...i’ve never had any issues with neighbors or anything. The management is always working to improve the community too! The ONLY thing I’d change is having a unit with a washer/dryer but the laundry center is conveniently located behind my building so I have no complaints.

The people who own these apartments are so fantastic and accommodating. We drove straight in from Nashville and the moment we arrived at the office (a tad late!) they made us feel at home. They even gave my 2 year old daughter a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse book to keep. We stayed here in a three month lease until our house was built and ready for us to move in. Our apartment was a 2 bedroom on the side facing the McDonald’s and the elementary school next door. With all this going on I was sure it would be loud and annoying but on the contrary my daughters loved looking out the window and seeing the school buses and kids walking. And noise didn’t reach our apartment at all. There is a playground, a tennis court, and a dog park. All of which we utilized. Our apartment had recently had a facelift and came complete with brand new appliances, very convincing dark hard wood laminate, and nice cordless blinds (especially important with 2 kids under 2). Above all, the employees are warm and friendly and we couldn’t have asked for a better 3 months in a situation that we didn’t even know if we could make it work. We did, and we enjoyed it! Living at the Oaks has been great! I moved in about 3 months ago and the staff was very supportive. When I first applied, I was told that very few units were available, especially in the short amount of time that I needed to move in. Rich and Cindy were very proactive in finding a unit for me to move into as soon as possible. I told them I was willing to wait and move after I started my job, but they found a place for me and I was able to move in before I started, relieving a TON of stress. There have been a few minor issues, which were taken care of immediately. If I ever have a question or concern, Rich (the property manager) is quick to resolve anything that comes up. Their help and support throughout my experience living here thus far has been incredible. I definitely recommend these apartments based on my experience with the current management.

This place is Amazing!! The staff are so sweet! The Apartments are HUGE!! The amenities are great as well!! The process of actually applying to moving in was easy and explained step by step! These ladies really make sure you understand everything and are always willing to jump in and answer questions or assist in any way possible!!! Just a great Team to represent a great community!! I’m very Happy with my decision and look forward to this upcoming summer!!!!

If customer service and hospitality is what your looking for, look no further. Kaity and her team at the Oaks provided a smooth transition into living spaces and relative ease when dealing with any issues that arose. My first month I had an issue with my shower head that was rectified within a few hours of request. I had looked at other places before settling with the Oaks after a brief phone call with Kaity where I was met with tremendous enthusiasm. She actually wanted me to move in which was an attitude I had not yet experienced when calling other places in my search. Overall a very professional and courteous experience and would certainly recommend giving the oaks and call if your looking for a place to stay!
