May 23: called in an order around 9:50, the employee who answered the phone was clear and understandable, no issues with our order. The food was tasty, it wasn't busy at all after 10pm on a Monday night. I did notice ,however, it took the guys who wanted to sit at a table kind of a long time to get attention but probably bc there is less staff in the slower hours.

Pretzel app was great. Wings were fire. The chipotle BBQ seasoning on the potato wedges were to die for. Not a ranch person but that ish hit different!

Our server Bruce sat us and took great care of my boyfriend and I. He was friendly, attentive, and even let us know about the deals for wings. Food was hot and fresh, great experience! 👍🏼

BWW is always a bit pricy. But if you get past that aspect it is a solid location that always gives good food and beer. We rarely ever have any issues food wise which is great. Our server was super friendly as well, she helped us accommodate a child to eat at the table.

It's my every Sunday place to be. Excellent food and service.

We haven’t been here in quite a few years. Decided to come here because they were showing the UFC fights. To our surprise, the wings were VERY good. The last time we came a few years ago.. they were just ok. Staff was friendly and food was great. We will be back again soon.

For the dry seasoning, wings hardly had any seasoning. It’s happened several time at different locations. This may be the standard process now. Very disappointing. Hopefully not the same with the sauced wings.

I am a door dash driver and I went to the restaurant to pick up an order. They were taking longer than I usually wait, however I arrived early and was not behind schedule so I did not mind! The manager informed me my wait was because they messed up the order. He was extremely nice and even gave me personally a free plate! The first restaurant to do this for me, and it was MUCH appreciated. Staff is amazing and there’s always a friendly face when you walk through the door!

Friendly service, food was nice and hot, and we didn't wait long. We had the Asian zing wings for BOGO on Tuesday which were sweet and spicy! Yum

We had exceptionally great service here. We were promptly greeted and seated right away. Our super friendly server Ally was a+ she took our drink order right away and was a great server. Our order came out quick and was hot and fresh. I can't believe what a great experience we had here.

Came in to redeem my birthday reward. Customer service was great. While I waited for my meal they made sure I didn’t need anything. Food also came out hot and fresh

We went for dinner the other night at the Ernest Barrett Pkwy location. It was our first time. Tried several flavors of the wings and were pleasantly surprised by how good they were. There were so many delicious choices. We were seated quickly. Trey was our server and did an amazing job. He gave great suggestions and provided excellent service. Will definitely go back. Highly recommend!

6 wings on mango habenaro was a great small lunch.....being waited on took longer than we wanted but it's okay

Service was horrible but the food was delicious. They weren't even busy. Some people can't do side work and watch there tables at the same time. I still tipped 20 percent but she would of got 50 if she was good. Her loss. Wings and potatoe wedges were delicious.

I'm very pleased with the way the manager greated me very when came in the door. They have great customer and they make sure your order is exactly what you ordered. The chicken 🐔 wings are the best cooked wings. The side is just right. The atmosphere is great. I'm very impressed and satisfied.

The food was great! Abby our server was amazing. She smiled the entire time. It’s so hard to find good servers these days. Please keep the honey garlic on the menu it was delicious.

A little concerned about them not having iced tea for several weeks and last week they did not have sandwiches, salads, chips, or salsa. It was very disappointing since a manager could have gone to the supermarket to pick these items up. I have not been back since. Usually very pleased with everything but the management seems to be bad lately.
