CVS

The Pharmacy is the best people inside or through drive-through. I always get the best customer service.

Most CVS stores are good, but this one is a little better. I MUCH prefer it to Walgreens.

This has been our pharmacy for several years now. They gone above and beyond to provide service. Yesterday we utilized the minute and met the nurse practitioner. Very professional and went the extra miles to help get the needed treatment. Understand these people are under nonstop phone calls, drive ups, walk ins, and yet I hear a lady complaining they get a 30 minute lunch break. Just wanted to put this out there as a thank you to the staff at the 100 Piedmont rd cvs.

Fantastic folks! My mom needed to get the Covid vaccine but has extreme mobility issues. The pharmacy team and store management worked with us to come out to the car and vaccinate her in the parking lot. Very grateful to them for going the extra mile!

Seriously the kindest and most wonderful people!!! I got tested for COVID-19 here and the nurse was an absolute delight. They were thorough, quick, to the point, and unbelievably kind and professional. Thank you!!

Such a great experience despite the circumstances of having to be tested for COVID. Sundance was so kind and made the experience such a good one. This is the place to go if you need testing. Wonderful experience!! 5 star rating for sure!!

Tera was very helpful to myself and to other customers near the clinic area and the pharmacy. Every time I come here she is solving problems. Great customer service from Tera!

My view from my seat on the floor because the Minute Clinic has no chairs or waiting area. In fact, neither does the pharmacy.
But pharmacy staff and the pharmacist were super nice and friendly when I went in for vaccines. Thank you for being so pleasant! 5-star service, just need a few chairs. 😁

If you need to call this pharmacy do not waste your time. You will be on hold an eternity!

I called numerous times to ask about a medication interactions and absolutely no one answers the phone! The other cvs I called actually answered the phone. Also the drive thru sucks, you'll be waiting very long. 😩
