I love this store! They have a wide variety of high quality brands and the sales and coupons are great! I get even more deals by being a member of their rewards program. If the store doesn’t have a certain size or color, I order online through the app and get the items shipped to store for free. It’s very convenient! I’ll be a JC Penney shopper for life!

I have always enjoyed shopping at JCPenney. I remember as a kid my mother ordering us down parkas, we lived in Alaska, from the JCPenney's catalog. Their stores are always well organized very clean and it is very open. You don't get crowded when trying to move around the store. The customer service is excellent.

Very friendly and helpful people in the men's department. We went in for a suit. Several people mentioned that Miss Joan was so sweet. The man that came in the give her a break was awesome too! But, unfortunately, I didn't get his name.

They had a really good sale on beautiful dresses. My friend and I had a ball trying on dresses together ❤. We were both able to find what we were looking for!

Good place 2 shop!!! The staff is always friendly and professional. Store is always clean including the bathrooms. Store is always well stocked even for Christmastime!!! Yes Christmas!!!! Not the holidays or the season....its Christmas!!!! We have never used the salon....but it looks good and I have never heard anyone complain about their services!!!!

We found gloves and scarves as we did not think they would be needed in South Georgia but did after all.
Today (2/20/22) I purchased a pair of shoes and they are very comfortable. The staff was very helpful.

I went into JCPENNYS recently and I was blown away by the friendly staff. The minute I walked into the door a gentleman greeted me and asked if I needed any help. Each sales associate I passed greeted me and asked if I needed anything. Whoever is training the staff and managing the store is doing an excellent job with customer service.

Our cashier/associate was great! Extremely helpful, she went in the back to try to find us a child's pants. She was very courteous and friendly. Great experience!

Fav of all time. Love spending all day here. The dresses here are amazing quality that really lasts for years.

They went above and beyond in order to assist me. I was trying to get a ring resized my wife she order online. The manager chocked it up to a great training experience for his staff. Thank you, much appreciated.

Russell ( I believe that is his name, 18 yr old with hair up in a man bun) was very friendly and helpful. Helped us find new mattresses that we were going to buy else where. Again very friendly

Great selection and friendly staff

Very expensive. Not many customers in store. I don't understand how they are staying open.
