Jess was incredibly thorough and helpful during our visit on Sunday 3/3.
She patiently walked us through all our options, helped us lower the cost of some of the lines by switching to other plans and helped me switch my phone from ATT.
Fantastic customer service during a busy time. Her Associate Mo also seemed to expertly help the many customers that came in and out during our Nearly 1 hr visit.

I was hesitant to take my mom to this store because the reviews were so mixed. I’m so glad we did. John greeted us when we walked in and began to assist us immediately. He was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He assisted my mom with selecting a new phone and case, explained the new charging block, installed her screen protector perfectly, transferred all her contents over, and had us out the door within an hour (the transfer takes 30 minutes). Go see John for all your Verizon needs!

This Fayetteville GA location has been very impressive and exceptionally outstanding with customer service support to me, and yesterday was most adorable by Hannah. She walked up to me and did my soft reset in less than 90 seconds, after I had just signed in, it was a 20 minutes wait with 4 people in front of me in queue. To was very proficient and efficient, I was very impressed at her professionalism. She walked up to all customers waiting, to see how swiftly she can resolve their issues without waiting on available representatives to assist. Xavier and Destiny you guys are the best as well, you all have my visits to this store very successful, rewarding and memorable. Thanks for all you do. Great team work and employees here!👏👏👏

Xavier Jones needs a BIG Christmas bonus from Verizon corporate because he provided the best customer service today when I had an issue with my bill. He had to call the customer service line multiple times to get them to understand the billing issue and spent a few hours going around in circles with them to get the bill fixed. It is rare to find someone who will keep fighting for you to get an issue resolved. I was extremely impressed with how he handled the situation, thank you again Xavier!!

Just wanted to give a shoutout to one of the managers at Verizon Fayetteville location, Destiny. My Dad is currently in the hospital and his phone was out of commission due to a SIM card issue. Thanks to Destiny’s prompt service and excellent customer service, I don’t have to worry about reaching him. Might I add even in my frustration, she remained calm, cool and collected. She even made friends with my 2 yr old. Thank you Destiny, you’ve got a customer for life!

Quick and easy...transfer and screen protection all done by staff so I literally was only responsible for paying taxes and fees. I even went to Kroger, get gas, and come back with no problems. Professional and kind service from Tamia!

Only one person manning the store. I checked in and waited in my car for nearly an hour before driving off. He was with the same customers the entire time I waited and was still with them when I drove off. Not his fault but poor management.

Update: thanks so much for calling and making this right. I was able to get everything I needed during the appointment scheduled for today. No wait and great customer service.

The sale associate Mr. James (first name) of whom last name I don't recall. He (Mr. James) was greatly helpful, very knowledgeable, professional as he assisted my daughters and myself with our pressing issues. I am very appreciative for his kindness and gratitude about our matters. Thanks!

A really good employee by the name of Chad did a phenomenal job helping out on what phone I needed and showed me how to work it after my phone messed up. He was very friendly and very very helpful. The manager was really good to! We came in to tell the manager what phone we wanted and he currently didn’t have it in stock but went in his way to get the phone we wanted the next day and that really means a lot to me. Keep up the amazing customer service!

I went to this store on Feb. 26th, I had turned my phone off an couldn't get it to come back on. I walked up to the door and was stopped and ask what was the reason for my visit. After explaining I was ask to wait in my car for 30 minutes. After waiting I was called in and received very good service. The gentleman that helped me I wanted to give him a little thank you I told him I would be right back he didn't wait, it's ok. The service was very good.

Ashley and Vernon were wonderful as always at this store. I drive all the way from Smyrna/Marietta to this specific store in Fayetteville for the best customer service that any customer could ever ask for!! Thank you Ashley for answering all of my questions and informing me on the many things that I was not aware of!!! Ashley and Vernon are AWESOME!!

I have been with Verizon since 1993, love them! The coverage area is the best, I get service in places where most do not.

Brendon was the absolute best rep I have ever met. Willing and able to help with a smile. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been in this store many times today was exceptional.

After 3 hrs at the Verizon store trying to fix my phone that would not except the 5g card, the 5th customer service personnel "Amanda? " fixed it. The 5 stars is because she fixed it, sober my puffins stopped working 2 days ago. Of course, Brandon from the store writhed through his lunch and was diligent, and patient. Thank you guys.
