Service was great We at Tri-Copy office Equipment have our company cars serviced there. The team is great and keep our Fleet going .We have been dealing with Matt Brown Service Manager for a lot of years . Matt Has worked for Mavis ,Hoffman , and Kauffman No Matter Where is goes we follow because of his honesty and integrity .unfortunately in the service world thing happen and if a job takes longer it will move appointments back . I rather wait for good service than have to keep going back when a job is not done correctly and is over priced . Great Job Pep Boys

Kelvin is the real MVP!! It’s Christmas Eve, they’re open and he patched my tire, all with a smile on his face! Thanks so much to him and the one other staff member there today!

Overall service was good. Took a while due to they computer system not showing my appointment. I arrived at 8am per my appointment and did not leave until close to 12 noon. That was the unpleasant part.

Although there were only 2 techs on duty, I received great service. The tech noticed that I chose the incorrect tire size for my car and was able to find a set that was comparable in price. He also took the time to put on a new set of wiper blades I bought at the last minute. Excellent customer service.

I visited Pep Boy in PTC for the first time on 05 Oct to see if they could repair my ABS Brake Light & get the parts, which I had been unsuccessful visiting a couple other Automotive Repair Shops in the local area. I spoke with Allen a young man very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable in automotive. He not only assured me his staff could do the work and he could get the parts, he went a step further and promised my vehicle would be ready prior to COB. When I returned some hrs later he held up his end of the agreement 100 percent and I was pleased with the final cost as well. I highly recommend Pep Boys here in PTC, kudos to the entire team. Job well done.

Sean, the mechanic who repaired my BMW was exceptional and, well versed on European vehicles. Kelvin was extremely hospitable and courteous. Allen, the manager, was also extremely professional and, had and outstanding knowledge of the specifics regarding such a tedious repair. Will definitely use this particular shop if future repairs are needed. Impressive teamwork.

I went in on a Sunday morning for a diagnostic on my truck. The guy at the front desk said he was going to do his best to get my truck looked at before the close of business. Not only did he get my truck looked at he and the technician went above business hours to fix my truck. He communicated every single step that was needed and called every time there was something they discovered new. I was very satisfied with Pep Boys and the 2 guys who made sure we was back on the road again. I will most definitely be back.

Professional and courteous service from the moment I walked in. I appreciated the text updates at each step along the way. They explained to me what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. My vehicle was ready ahead of schedule and below the price I was expecting. This will be my go-to mechanic from now on.

Best service I have ever received for car maintenance. Made an appointment at a different location to get a wheel alignment. I waited for an hour thinking I had the hours of operations wrong but they never opened past my appointment time. I was pushed for time because I had to work in 3 hours. I called the peachtree location and spoke to Ozzie. He assured me that they would be able to take me in. He also went as far as calling the district manager to check to see what was going on at the previous location. When I arrived to the store I was a little irritated but Ozzie was very charismatic and made my day a lot better. My car is back to normal now and I have an hour left before I need to get to work! Thank you all at the Peachtree city location!!!!! Fast and affordable service!

The Pep Boys team consistently delivers and exceeds expectation. They are courteous and communicate clearly about the services that I need to have done to my vehicle. They ensure my wait is pleasant if I wait on site. They ensure I have transportation if the service will take more than an 1-2 hours. Absolutely enjoy their quality of work and customer care.

Even with having their building power serviced, Martin and his team were very friendly and able to repair my flat tire in an hour. That is faster than Mavis right down the road. Go see Martin!

long for the service to be completed, and I was satisfied with the results. I forgot the mechanic's name, but he was also very polite and a hardworking individual, which I admire. This is for sure a location I will undoubtedly visit again in the future.

The whole team was great! Ozzie was fabulous to work with & Joshua got my truck tires on in a timely manner. Even got to wait on them to finish everything. What started out as a rough morning quickly turned into a great experience thanks to these guys

Great Service! Called Antonio after getting a jump off to come in for a battery. They tested the battery informed me it was good and needed to be driven to charge.

This is now my fave Pep Boys store! They took care of a tire issue on my daughter's car that was created by another store with fairness and professionalism. I really appreciated that!

They got my vehicle in right away. Installed the new sensor and reprogrammed my Tpms system. They did a great job, the price way reasonable. I will be back! Thanks guys.

I had a nail in my tire, and a local comptetitor wouldn’t even look at it and told me I needed to replace the tire, even though the tire only had 1,500 miles. I took the vehicle to this location, and they pulled the nail and checked for leaks. After an inspection, it was determined that my tire was not leaking, and they told me there was no charge for looking!

Their honesty has earned my business, and I will have all of my tire work done at this location going forward.

I went in for a flat repair and the guys jump in so fast to take care of me. They (Kelvin & Ozzie) are very kind and professional to everyone that walks in. I will be back for tire service, maybe just to hangout with these amazing guys.
