The Spin Club of Mcdonough

Absolutely love this place! I’m not one to get very motivated to work out, but these classes are so much fun in a weird kind of “Why am I enjoying this pain” kind of way! The low lights, fun music and challenging workouts make you feel like you’re at a party instead of spinning your butt off! The instructors are super nice and help get you set up before each ride. The routines are adaptable to any skill level and challenge you to beat yourself last every time! Definitely recommend this spin club!

This is a wonderful place for spin class! The instructors go out of their way to make sure you are set up (for new or returning members) and provide a great overall experience! I’m new to spin and every ride has been scaled to my ability, while pushing me and encouraging. I’d highly recommend the spin club to anyone at any fitness level!

Staff is great and the classes are incredible! You won't leave these classes burning less than 500 calories. They are great workouts, but not so hard that newbies can get it after a few sessions. Love this place.

The Spin Club is my sanctuary away from home. There is nothing better than the community that has been built there. It is such an encouraging and motivating place. I started going to the Spin Club 5 weeks after having my first baby. I believe they helped me (and continue to help me) stay healthy and take care of myself physically, emotionally, personally and spiritually. Heather, Laura and all the other trainers are so kind, professional and push you to be better. I love how inviting the Spin Club is. They meet you where you are at, but push you to be your best. Don’t know what I would do without it. Hope to see you at the Spin Club 🤍

This place is so great!! Love how small the classes are, and how they do not make you fill like a number at the large gyms.

Anne is amazing with her early morning classes. She is so peppy in the morning. She's a smiling cup of coffee.

Delisha's class after work is the perfect way to end the workday. Music in both classes get you going and pumped up!!

Best atmosphere! Great for beginners or experienced. Everyone is super sweet and makes me look forward to coming every time :)
