During my first visit I felt pressured to purchase additional services even before my initial experience, so even though I'd already purchased the Groupon, I still paid $50 for services that day.

When I called back less than 2 days later to report that I believed a mistake had been made I was told that I would have to wait at least a week, before it could be addressed, which was understandable.

Unfortunately, when I mentioned I'd prefer to fulfill the Groupon before purchasing additional services, Antoinette told me she would just see me at my next 6 week appointment:(

BEWARE, CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH. Bought the Groupon and that’s all I was planning on spending, but the woman practically insisted that I had to buy more. Said it would be “pointless” if I didn’t. Uhhh REALLY? Then why did you offer the Groupon? She was aggressive and rude about it, wanted me to spend a ton more money before I could leave. Super high pressure, super unprofessional. No thank you! Groupon did refund my money.

Place looks nothing like a spa, it’s very outdated. You’d think they could make it a little nicer with the prices they charge. I had a Groupon and I guess you get what you pay for.

I do not recommend this place. I had a bad experience last year I paid for a package and went in for my first treatment and when I returned for the second one with Antoinette she stated that I had already been see for the second time and turned me away. She did not give me a refund. She was very rude about it and unprofessional.
