Always Flowers

Glad I stopped in, I love to help small businesses especially in times like these.. The lady Kay was very sweet and made a bouquet for my moms birthday with a budget of my choice. Did a beautiful job and my mom loved them! All the flowers were fresh smelling and very vibrant colored! Small and kinda cluttered but I loved the vibe it gave! I will be returning for more occasions, thank you!! (:

As always, the phone reception was very friendly and courteous. The flowers send were fresh and beautiful. Delivery was on time. I always use Always Flowers and am never disappointed.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!! The flowers we sent my mother in a nursing home came frozen and most were dead. I would not recommend them to anyone. I could just cry. If I could give minus stars I would!!

I never leave online reviews but after not getting a satisfactory result after calling in, I felt the need to (and no I don’t consider me driving to the store to pick up 6 more stems of flowers a satisfactory solution). These photos are what I ordered vs what I received. The received arrangement was about 11”x13” for reference. And several of the stems were not even long enough to be submerged into the water, so those wilted the same day. I understand the need to occasionally substitute flowers when availability is low, but in no way would I say this meets their policy of “Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value.” I have bought flower arrangements for decades and even considering Valentine’s Day price premiums, this bouquet is worth less than half of what I paid for it.

RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I ordered a $75 bouquet of roses and it looked like something I could have got from Walmart for $10. Called the business to express my concerns and they hung up on me TWICE. Highly suggest going elsewhere if that is how she treats her customers.
