Dr Richards is attentive to my appointment needs & concerns. His staff is knowledgeable regarding insurance or necessary test for treatment. I highly recommend Dr Bart Richards.

*** note::: The wait is minimal. I do not wait any longer at another physician’s office. Sherry and Cindy are awesome with appointment accommodation and Charlene is the nurse everyone dreams of having ... I have scheduled a fasting test here at my convenience!! Just ask for what you may need, they seem more than helpful! ((I have lived in Jefferson almost 50yrs and Dr Richards reminds me of Doc Crenshaw in many ways!))

I love Dr. Richards! He’s very knowledgeable and doesn’t waste time. His office is hands down the fastest doctor’s office I’ve ever been to, and I’m usually taken back to a room within 10 minutes. I’m a self-pay customer, and they charge $65 per visit, which for the medical community is extremely reasonable! They know me, and I know them, and I’ll keep going back again and again because it’s excellent service every time I’m there.

Short wait times, kind & professional office staff, Dr Richards has always listened to me and respected my wishes all while trying to help get me well. I also appreciate the fact that you can actually reach him after hours. NO ONE does that anymore!

Bart Richards has been my doctor for over 20 years. He is a capable, concerned, and knowledgeable professional who always cares. He listens, something I find rare in a doctor nowadays. Through the years Bart has helped me with many health concerns, ranging from a mild digestion disorder to Psoriatic Arthritis complications. In my opinion, a person cant be in better care than Bart Richards.
